Very kind and courteous staff. The room is well equipped and has a good layout. Breakfast with wide selection of Chinese and Western options. Definite recommendation! Only minor point is the cleanliness of the tables in the restaurant, especially the mats on the table and chairs could use a wash. Not the end of the world, but for a hotel of this class I would expect better.

Nice hotel close to the central square where a shuttle bus from the airport have a stop. 10-15min. Rooms very spacious and clean.

The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The service was Ok. The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Location was in the old part of town where restaurants arent plentiful. The killer to an otherwise good review was the central heating. It was so bad that at one stage the room temperature registered 30 deg celsius. The reception suggested I open the windows but it didnt help. I couldnt sleep at all and if you rent a room which put you out of sleep, how to give a good rating ?

The hotel is splendid. The welcome is very warm ! The staff is very kind, gentle and helpful. The bedrooms are big and clean, the bed is really comfortable.

酒店的服務非常周到，前台張德菊態度友好，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪舒適，設施齊全。地理位置也非常便利，附近有很多購物和美食的選擇。強烈推薦這家酒店！在這家酒店住了1晚，非常滿意。前台美女張德菊熱情周到，入住手續辦理迅速。房間寬敞明亮，衞生間設施新穎，給人一種現代感。床鋪舒適，睡眠質量非常好。酒店的早餐也很棒，豐盛美味，房間內還有加濕器，特別好，酒店的地理位置也非常方便，附近有很多商店和餐廳。非常推薦這家酒店！

搜了一下本市高檔酒店，找到了這個。確實不錯，酒店很新，房間很大，不過不是每個房間都有浴缸，要看房型。設施很好，泳池不算小，温度很不錯，不冷。床挺舒服的，還有加濕器。半夜到的，前台措毛小姐姐看我一個人旅途辛苦，幫忙升級了房型，還可以看到南川河！還給了早餐！感謝小姐姐太nice了！房間還送了青海特色酸奶，太好吃了！第二天因為還車要延遲一點時間，ada小姐姐也特別好，非常周到的給延長了時間。總之這個酒店就是都旅行者很友好，位置不錯，價格合理。值得選擇。

房間很寬敞明亮舒適，寢具毛巾都很好用。服務生熱情有禮，服務規範，房間衞生很到位。 中餐廳出品上乘服務好。早餐豐富口味佳。 房間有浴缸，酒店有泳池，街對面就是南川河，步行幾分鐘可達湟水河，中心廣場休閑購物方便，去南山公園、人民公園搭出租車十元出頭，很適合旅遊度假。

房間還可以，但是浴室很無語，洗完澡滿地都是水，非常容易滑倒，基本一個人洗完滿地的水到門口，真的希望能改善一下，因為旅行最後一天希望找個相對好一點的酒店，沒想到體驗感是這個樣子！吹風機也是需要用一次等一會兒，雖然有牌子的説明提醒，但是真的不符合這個價位的酒店！前台和迎賓服務都非常好，很親切！早餐還可以

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的幾個小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，尤其是 ADa 小姐姐進去酒店環境和照片一樣，乾淨，很有設計感。總之，很滿意的一次住宿體驗，環境不錯哦。房間也挺乾淨的，特別棒，裝修蠻新的，環境挺好。

首先要感謝前台的Ada小姐姐為我們升級了房間，可以看的更高更遠，最重要的是遠離噪音。酒店設施完備，衞生間和整體環境的衞生都很好。酒店有自己的停車場，地上的略小一些，地下的則有雙層，可以直接各樓層，完全可以滿足客人的需求。四樓中餐廳有雙人套餐供應，菜量適中，味道相當好。
