Ulasan Regent Shanghai on the Bund

Sejujurnya, kesan baik saya terhadap Intercontinental dirusak oleh Seagull Regent. Kecuali pelayanan yang baik dari gadis di meja depan, tidak ada yang bisa menandingi posisi pasar hotel ini berinisiatif untuk menyapa. Tidak ada layanan turndown, dan makanan yang disajikan di restoran kacau. Tidak ada yang memperhatikan kemajuan makan para tamu. Terkadang makanan tidak disajikan saat waktunya disajikan hidangan terakhir, mereka terburu-buru mengambil piring. Ini sangat tidak profesional. Mungkin yang paling ingin saya komentari adalah bagian sarapannya. Karena keesokan harinya saya harus buru-buru kembali bekerja untuk bekerja lembur, saya berangkat ke restoran sesuai jam buka makan hotel pada pukul 6.30 di warung mie, aku berkata "Kaleng masalah", lalu Sebelum aku menyelesaikan kalimatku, aku disela dengan kasar dan mengatakan bahwa air kami belum mendidih, harap tunggu sepuluh menit lagi! Sejujurnya, saya merasa tersinggung! Sebagai orang yang terpelajar, bukankah saya harus menunggu orang lain selesai berbicara, apalagi saya masih menjadi tamu! Cuma mau tanya, pas pihak hotel bilang sarapan buka jam 06.30, berarti tamunya boleh masuk restoran saja? Bisakah kita sarapan? Nah, karena Anda masih punya waktu sepuluh menit untuk turun, menurut Anda apakah makan malam akan dimulai pada pukul 6:40? Mungkinkah ketika saya ke rumah sakit untuk menemui dokter, dan klinik rawat jalan buka jam 8, dokter masih bisa berkata kepada saya ketika saya masuk, "Saya belum ganti baju, mohon tunggu sepuluh menit lagi"? Mungkinkah saat naik kereta bawah tanah, pengemudi kereta bawah tanah masih bisa berkata, "Mesin saya belum menyala, harap tunggu sepuluh menit lagi?" Dan sikapnya sangat tidak nyaman! Sebagai industri jasa, saya selalu percaya bahwa sikap pelayanan adalah yang utama! Setelah menginap di begitu banyak hotel InterContinental, dibandingkan dengan Regent, Kimpton, dan bahkan Indigo lainnya, Anda bahkan tidak ketinggalan sedikit pun!

Very nice hotel, the location is unbeatable, your on one side of the bund where it’s not so crowded. Beautiful view from the room. The breakfast was very nice, with very responsive and professional service. Felt very comfortable as a family with a 3 year old! It is from a walking distant to many nice spots to go like Nanjing rd pedestrian street. We had lunch at the Ministry of crab that is located in the people’s parc, and we walked back to the hotel with a 45 min walk through Nanjing rd very nice. Too bad the swimming pool is at the reception floor and is indoor, but you can’t have it all! You can still take a bath with the view in the room. It was a great stay !

Really a 5-stars hotel. Enjoy Every minute staying in this hotel. I appreciated Free laundry service. Don’t miss the breakfast. Don’t miss the cake shop too.

Unfortunately, our experience had included a series of issues: • A delayed check-in with an inaccessible room after paying for an upgrade • A hygiene issue with a pillow that smelled of urine; • A letter advising that our upgraded Bund view is blocked due to building works This is unacceptable of a 5 star hotel let alone any

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in, opened only in 2024 and still feels brand new! We stayed here to celebrate our marriage registration at the consulate next door. The view of the Russian consulate is wonderful, and the bathroom in the room with a view is simply stunning! I didn’t have breakfast and didn’t even have time to visit the pool or the bar, but the room itself was very comfortable. Such quiet luxury.

I highly recommend staying at Regent Shanghai on the Bund. My experience was truly outstanding – from the cleanliness and luxury of the rooms to the warm and professional service of the staff. What stood out the most was the hotel’s effort to provide halal breakfast options, showing great respect for cultural and religious diversity. This thoughtful attention to detail made me feel completely at ease and truly welcome. Honestly, I felt right at home throughout my stay. I’ll be sharing this positive experience on social media because this hotel truly deserves recognition. Without a doubt, it will be my top choice on any future trip to Shanghai.

Everything is good and new other than the fact that there were mosquitoes flying around when you sleep . Didn’t expect that in a hotel this grade. The view though is immaculate! The breakfast was ok but the servers were a bit confused with what they were doing. They keep coming and asked if I have ordered coffee.

A luxurius hotel that just opened end of 2024. The Oriental Pearl room is so instagrammable and every corner of the room is so elegant and photogenic! Love the unlimited mineral water supply, Dyson Hairdryer, Instagrammable bath ropes, smart toilet, bath tub, staffs attitude and shower water. Location is at the bund so I decided to take a car ride from didi apps ride from metro station Tiantong road and is cheap ride. The dinner at 2nd floor restaurant was very expensive but was yummy. Not a lot of shopping or food available beside the hotel. After all it is for a memorable stay at the heart of Shanghai. Thanks for the hospitality Regent Hotel.

Hotel is the best I have stayed at in Shanghai highly recommend, reception is very nice and helpful lady with short hair and glasses. Better service than other 5 star hotels. Lady at the front is also super helpful with booking DiDi.
