All good as usual and nearest with the jonker walk.. the food also good

Amazing indoor and outdoor living experience in this hotel. Love the private balcony facing Melaka River. I can spend my entire afternoon there with good coffee and snacks (coffee machine and snacks provided free in room). Tried their Kaya thost during breakfast. I gave 10/10! At night soak yourself in the bathtub with essential oil provided. Awesome experience! Every single detailing the room can wow you with such a specious and comfortable space. The best part is the hotel car park is just within minutes reach from your hotel room. So, it is so convinient after check out. All tourist attractions and restourant surrounding are within walking distance. Will definitely come back next time.

Everything was perfect, except for the ceiling fan, which had white dust on it. The breakfast was amazing with so many options, but I couldn’t finish the eggs Benedict I ordered from the menu. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to the heart of the city. I strongly recommend it.

We forgot our medicine and the staff was so nice and helped us to find a pharmacy and even brought us to the doctor.

love the room and the service provided from the hotel. they even had a diary book for guests that says in the room to write on it

************* our experience at the hotel is great. The building itself is stunning!!! The room is spacious & i personally love the big bathtub. The balcony is also beautiful and it makes a great place to relax while enjoying the view. However, the baby crib they provided us was a bit old and flimsy. Didn’t dare to put our baby inside it.

One of the best hotel I stayed in Melaka. Great location, staff are friendly and welcoming, room are clean & spacious. My room was facing the Melaka River and I can see boat cruise passing by. Great place to just relax as the room is quiet amd peaceful. We were given complimentary breakfast & enjoyed tasting the local & western dishes. We ordered from menu and still enjoyed the buffet spread. Went to Jonker Street by foot and had a great time exploring nearby tourist attractions. Parking is free at the basement. Swimming pool over looks the Melaka River and Melaka city view. Since Fan Bingbing is the Melaka Tourist ambassador & stayed at Casa del Rio, rooms are fully booked.

I stayed for 3D2N at Rm 323. For the price paid , I expected more from Casa Del Rio Melaka Hotel. Such as : 1. The lock for the sliding door to the balcony is faulty. I didn’t feel safe sleeping. 2. The shower glass door is mouldy, the moldy rubber gasket could be easily replaced. 3. While showering, the Floor trap was apparently choked, water level rose to almost my ankle. 4. Bathroom floor is not clean. Corner of wall is stained both on the floor & wall. 5. WC flush is also very slow in clearing the waste. Obviously there’s choke that’s not being cleared. 6. Window & Door not sound proof. I was awaken by the sound of the fire crackers , pyrotechnics. I couldn’t sleep. It’s obvious housekeeping didn’t clean / sanitise thoroughly before giving green light for guest to check in. I liked the fact that it’s located by the Malacca river. I appreciated that the maintenance swiftly cleared the choke in the shower area after I highlighted to front desk. I also liked that hotel provide shuttle to Dataran Palawan. I appreciate that hotel allowed us late check out in order for me to perform my prayer. If I come to stay at Casa del Rio again, it is because of its location.

Location wise which near to Jonker Street & staff is very friendly.
