Being only 10 mins walk from the border which is great as I have medium luggage and lands in HK airport. A good rendezvous to meet friends and family either from mainland China or Hong Kong. Not much offers on eating and drinking in house since restaurants are less than 5 mins away. I stayed there 28 days all together in the past 6 months. Staffs are friendly, Housing keeping could be improved! Why trying to find cutlery(even disposable) was not offered, noticed coffee mugs/table top was not cleaned everyday and on last day of stay even given a broken bath towel! Hotels nearby with same price tab can offer better but not the location though.

Great location if you need to get to Futian Checkpoint station. Literally five minutes walk away. We stayed here for the night because we were joining an early morning tour departing from Futian Checkpoint. Room was clean, had adequate facilities but the best part was the shower .. water pressure good and water hot enough, unlike many hotels of this price range in China. Good toiletries too. See photo. Recommended.
