Lokasi hotel sangat bagus, sarapan sangat rata-rata dan sarapan ala Inggris rasanya enak, tetapi kurangnya lemari es di kamar adalah masalah serius

Lokasi yang sangat baik, sangat dekat British Museum. Kamar sangat bersih dengan smartTV. Anak-anak saya suka tempat tidur sofanya, kami semua sangat menyukai hotel ini.

Menginap yang luar biasa di Thistle Holborn! Staf yang sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasinya sempurna karena berada di Central London dan dekat dengan banyak tempat menarik dan atraksi. Junior suite memiliki segala yang kami butuhkan dan sangat luas mengingat hotel ini berbasis di pusat kota london. Akan 100% merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada siapa pun.

Sarapan yang baik, staf yang ramah dan memberikan layanan pelanggan yang sangat baik. Lounge junior luas dan memiliki semua fasilitas yang Anda harapkan. Besar untuk anak-anak juga. Sangat dianjurkan.

Memiliki pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa di thistle Holborn. Kami hanya tinggal selama satu malam tapi akan 100% tinggal lagi. Lokasi luar biasa, 10/15 menit berjalan kaki ke Leicester Square, Covent Garden dan China town dan banyak tempat lainnya. Untuk harga itu benar-benar murah! Satunya downside adalah kami harus check out jam 11 pagi tetapi mereka menahan tas kami sepanjang hari secara gratis. Pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini.

Suite cukup besar, TV dapat menonton Internet, layanan sangat baik, dan lokasi sangat nyaman. Tapi saya tidak tahu apakah itu lokasi kamarnya, sinyal wifinya cukup buruk

Hotel is located at SOHO of London with many shooters nearby, such as Primark, Sainsbury's, MacDonald, Burger king and etc. If you make your choice with breakfast at hotel, it is a fantastic English breakfast with full variety of tea, drinks and fruits. I would strongly recommend to include the breakfast in your hotel booking as it is very worthy when you have your breakfast outside.

Arrived at hotel and had booked executive room with sofa bed. Enter room and no sofa bed. I called reception and they shared that sofa beds are not in all executive rooms. However, I specifically booked executive room with sofa bed. They then came with an extra bed. The safe in the room had an error, called someone, they said maintenance finish work at 4:30 so they can’t come until tomorrow. Went to the bar, no signs anywhere saying card payment only. Order, the server didn’t share on order card payment only. Go to pay in cash - exact money and this was refused. No acknowledgment that we were not informed at all with no signs. Server and manager were laughing at us, shared he would have to stop me from leaving if I paid cash. The staff need serious training, a let down to the whole experience. I understand that card may be more secure, but so is a working safe in a room where staff can access. Avoid.

Excellent experience. A bit expensive, but feel very comfortable and relaxed.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and gave feedback on day of arrival and again on the second day that the towel rail cannot be heated up but the matter remained unresolved on the day we departed. There was complimentary bottled spring water in the room on day of arrival. However, unlike all hotels where bottled water are replenished everyday, this hotel does not. Toiletries such as tooth paste, tooth brush and body lotion are also not provided. There was only one small bottle of shower gel and one small bottle of shampoo with conditioner provided throughout our stay. As we had booked the room for 3 pax over 4 nights, we had expected the housekeeping to top up the supplies when they cleaned the room but to our disappointment, there was no replenishment and we had to call the reception to request for topping up. Location wise, this hotel is within close proximity to The British Museum, a short stroll to Covent Garden and Chinatown and there are many eateries within 5 min walking distance.

Nice hotel in a great location close to the underground and within walking distance of the British Museum and Covent Garden. Standard double room was quiet and clean. Buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was good quality.

Managed to reserve a late checkout. Room comfy and clean. Slept well

Great location and able to access everywhere. Quite spacious even for a standard room. Just the water supply for shower was a bit unstable. Took more than 5 mins to have hot water for shower then not quite able to tune the water temp. Water was way too hot even turned the tap to central

Good hotel and great location. Great buffet breakfast. Definitely will be back when next in London
