saubere, große Zimmer... freundliches Personal interessante Möblierung

酒店本身是五星級質量沒有問題 但是晚上空調好像是壞掉的 完全沒有空調的感覺 打開窗戶早上空氣良好，而且十分之涼爽 但是晚上打開窗戶，會聽見很多聲音 所以設施有點舊 位置10分好 衛生間也是頂級的 就是淋浴間去水有點慢

Lage super, direkt an der Frauenkirche wir hatten ein Upgrade bekommen,obwohl wir nur einen Last Minute Preis bezahlt hatten Zimmer super , gross und luxuriös Fahrräder wurden im Gepäckraum verstaut und durften dort auch nach dem Checkout noch bis zum Nachmittag verweilen SPA Bereich in Ordnung, aber der Zugang zur Dachterasse nicht möglich, Besucher des Dachterassenlokals jedoch in den SPA Bereich einsehen und auch eintreten wir den Preis, den wir nur bezahlt haben, ein absolutes Highlight in Dresden

Warm and kind welcoming by a kind and well-prepared staff. Location with an elegant design. Clean and well-kept rooms. High technology but easy to be used. The client can feel safe and is well treated. Breakfast is varied and very tasty.

Beautiful property and easy to get to from the train. Right off the town square and beautiful sights. Only downside was my Room overlooking the atrium was loud.

Wonderful hotel in a good location! Very clean, super spacious rooms with beautiful decor, and an incredible bathroom!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the middle of old town, prime location with plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby!

Stayed in this hotel twice! Amazing location. Sauna around the clock. Great bedding. Delicious but pricey breakfast. Smashing cocktail bar at the entrance. Very professional stuff. Public parking around the corner. Highly recommended!

Next to Martin Luther and the Frauenkirche. The facility is immaculate.

The Suitess was way above my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay in Dresden. The hot tub/spa was very clean and I loved that it was open 24 hours.

Wonderful hotel, great location. Only downside was a tiny shower that dumped water overhead with no room to back away from it. And steps in the halls made it impossible to use a luggage cart.

Excellent staff, great location right in the heart of the Altstadt. A bit hard to find as just a hair off the circle on a side street. We walked right past it and walked a complete circle around the church
