Ulasan Hotel Diplomate

Quite disappointing the time I checked in my room, not because of the tiny size of room but also short of necessities like kettle cups, let alone of the amenities. Need to go down to get hot water two to three times everyday. The breakfast is too stingy, very few choices with terrible coffee like mud water.. unlikely will revisit again.

The location is easy to find, near metro and have a lot of restaurants and shops near. Staffs are ok except that we were nearly out, they knocked the door many times in the morning before the check-out time, and very noisy outside. Furniture is very old and not very in good quality, the mirror is even broken. Sound-proof is bad and the elevator is old and scaryyy. On the picture, it could be quite nice

過來跑日內瓦馬拉松的，酒店的歷史估計比我還大，位置離起終點大概1.2公里左右，設施一般，都比較陳舊了，性價比非常一般。

Un peu excentré mais toujours au centre de Genève. Excellent accueil mais chambre carrément vétustes. Literie de qualité

第一次來日內瓦，這個酒店位置很方便，check in的時候還送了日內瓦免費交通卷，酒店雖然老，但是衞生間是新的，衞生也不錯

真的是一個超級普通的酒店，只是為了方便去附近的地方，否則一定會選擇火車站附近的酒店。

Personnel très professionnel et très avenant. L’hôtel est propre, bien équipé et bien situé. Les suites ont une vue plus agréable sur le lac et disposent d’une terrasse.

Bon hôtel, néanmoins chambre assez petite et présence de deux lits simples au lieu d'un lit double et isolation laissant a désirer

酒店位置不好，周圍餐館少，距離車站較遠。早餐選擇極少，但服務員態度非常好。大床房實際兩個小床湊在一起，不舒服。衞生間小，沒有淋浴。

La personne à l'accueil n'étant pas très aimable lui expliquant que nous habitions Genève il nous a dit que je devais leur montrer un papier comme quoi je payais mes impôts à Genève pour pouvoir être exempté de la taxe de séjour ayant été dans des hôtels à Genève beaucoup beaucoup de fois on ne m'a jamais fait ce genre de remarque surtout sur un ton vraiment méprisant nous ne retournerons plus dans cet hôtel

住了幾晚，前台服務態度超好，設施齊全，環境不錯，下雨天可免費試用雨傘，早餐也可以，推薦！
