"The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂"

"Tidak Direkomendasikan!!! Saya menginap di kamar twin di A&O Hotel Dresden Hauptbahnhof, dan meskipun harganya murah, pengalaman keseluruhannya juga murahan. Kamarnya sangat kecil — sekitar 10 meter persegi, yang mungkin cukup untuk satu orang, tetapi jelas terlalu sempit untuk dua orang. Di Italia dan Spanyol, hotel serupa tidak pernah mengenakan biaya ganda dalam kasus seperti itu. Setelah menghabiskan 30 menit di tempat check-in untuk mengklarifikasi, saya menyerah dan membayar pajak tambahan, hanya ingin berbaring dan beristirahat. "The room was excellent! I was traveling with my three children and elderly mother. Everything I requested was ready for our arrival, including a sufficient number of towels and even the sofa bed was made (usually I have to remind them about this). It was a two-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful; even with a high occupancy, the restaurant handled it perfectly. Croissants and fruits were replenished instantly. Very clean! We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful in every way. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a shopping center nearby with 24-hour parking for 15 euros/day."
