"We stayed at The Lolli for two Rammstein concerts in May 2024 and having used many hostels on motorcycle road trips previously I must say this is by far and away the best hostel I've ever stayed in. From check in, the lady at reception was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and was speaking three different languages to three different customers! Amazing! Rooms were quirky and more than adequate, bathrooms and showers were kept clean and the atmosphere was one of friendship and adventure. The staff simply can't do enough to help and guide you and are more than happy to have a laugh too. A wonderful location, near to the Old Town and close to the Bahnhof station. Thank you all for a magical time. Ali and Lyn, the Rammstein fans! 🤙"

The location is super convenient — within walking distance of the Flixbus drop-off near the main station, close to the touristy old town, and surrounded by restaurants with a café right across the street. The only challenge was finding a nearby convenience store or gas station to grab basic snacks, as many places in the area seem to close relatively early. We arrived just before 10 PM and were likely the last check-in before the front desk closed for the night. That said, there’s an automated check-in machine available, so you likely wouldn’t be stranded if arriving later. Highly recommend staying here, and we would definitely return."

"Tidak Direkomendasikan!!! Saya menginap di kamar twin di A&O Hotel Dresden Hauptbahnhof, dan meskipun harganya murah, pengalaman keseluruhannya juga murahan. Kamarnya sangat kecil — sekitar 10 meter persegi, yang mungkin cukup untuk satu orang, tetapi jelas terlalu sempit untuk dua orang. Saya merasa seperti berada di hotel murah di Hong Kong, bukan di Jerman Timur. Jika ini A&O Hotel Hong Kong, saya bahkan tidak akan mengeluh — tetapi ini Dresden, dan ruang seharusnya bukan masalah. Namun, bagian terburuknya adalah kebersihan. Saya menemukan benang gigi bekas di lantai, jelas ditinggalkan oleh tamu sebelumnya. Di Italia dan Spanyol, hotel serupa tidak pernah mengenakan biaya ganda dalam kasus seperti itu. Setelah menghabiskan 30 menit di tempat check-in untuk mengklarifikasi, saya menyerah dan membayar pajak tambahan, hanya ingin berbaring dan beristirahat. "Hello, I want to be as objective as possible. This hotel is supposed to be 4 stars, okay, certainly from an earlier time. No fridge in the room, and the Wi-Fi was barely, if at all, working. There's a double socket at the head of the bed, see pictures! That's how the room was set up, not arranged by me. I don't know, staff should really check these things more thoroughly. Otherwise, the employees were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was okay."

"The room was excellent! I was traveling with my three children and elderly mother. Everything I requested was ready for our arrival, including a sufficient number of towels and even the sofa bed was made (usually I have to remind them about this). It was a two-bedroom apartment with a mini-kitchen. Breakfast was wonderful; even with a high occupancy, the restaurant handled it perfectly. Croissants and fruits were replenished instantly. Very clean! We were able to leave our luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful in every way. The hotel doesn't have its own parking, but there's a shopping center nearby with 24-hour parking for 15 euros/day."
