"The hotel is new, nice and clean. It's a little far from Altstadt, you have to walk to the tram and take the tram (either 7 or 8) to the center. The room was almost double charged than usual because of the holiday. Very dissapointed to find out that no breakfast was offered for that high price and you had to pay 25 Euro to walk to the adjacent hotel and have breakfast there. There was a small kitchenette and the room had microwave and coffee machine. I felt there weren't enough power plugs in the room for so many appliqnces. It was very clean ans the room and the bathroom were large and spacious."

The hotel has a charming, fresh vibe, and we were very satisfied with our stay. They also offer bike rentals, which made it super convenient for us to get to the Old Town. The only minor drawback was the lack of a refrigerator. It would have been perfect if there had been one."

"Tidak Direkomendasikan!!! Saya menginap di kamar twin di A&O Hotel Dresden Hauptbahnhof, dan meskipun harganya murah, pengalaman keseluruhannya juga murahan. Kamarnya sangat kecil — sekitar 10 meter persegi, yang mungkin cukup untuk satu orang, tetapi jelas terlalu sempit untuk dua orang. Saya merasa seperti berada di hotel murah di Hong Kong, bukan di Jerman Timur. Jika ini A&O Hotel Hong Kong, saya bahkan tidak akan mengeluh — tetapi ini Dresden, dan ruang seharusnya bukan masalah. Namun, bagian terburuknya adalah kebersihan. Saya menemukan benang gigi bekas di lantai, jelas ditinggalkan oleh tamu sebelumnya. Itu sangat menjijikkan sehingga saya bahkan tidak tega mengambil fotonya. Selain itu, dindingnya dipenuhi berbagai bekas dan noda yang tidak diketahui asalnya, yang membuat kamar terasa semakin tidak higienis. Kejutan tidak menyenangkan lainnya: meskipun saya bepergian sendirian, saya diberitahu bahwa saya harus membayar pajak kota untuk dua orang, hanya karena saya memesan kamar twin. Di Italia dan Spanyol, hotel serupa tidak pernah mengenakan biaya ganda dalam kasus seperti itu. Setelah menghabiskan 30 menit di tempat check-in untuk mengklarifikasi, saya menyerah dan membayar pajak tambahan, hanya ingin berbaring dan beristirahat.
