Pengalaman yang sangat buruk. Pemiliknya tidak menghubungi kami sebelum menginap. Saya sudah menghubunginya, tetapi dia baru membalas pada tengah malam pukul 2 dini hari setelah semua orang tidur. Setelah saya membalas, dia tidak merespons. Bahkan setelah saya tiba di Vietnam dan menunggu untuk menginap, dia juga tidak merespons, menyebabkan saya tidak punya tempat menginap selama perjalanan dan terpaksa mencari tempat menginap di menit-menit terakhir dengan harga yang lebih mahal.

Our First Stay in Ho Chi Minh – A Memorable Experience at Rivergate Residence This was our first time visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and we had an amazing stay at Rivergate Residence. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and made our trip even more special. The staff, especially Miss Min, Raymond ,Nolan, and Sang, were incredibly understanding and attentive. Due to a delayed flight, we arrived quite late—around 11 PM—but they stayed in touch with us the whole time, making sure we had no trouble checking in. Their dedication and hospitality truly stood out. The pool at Rivergate was absolutely stunning—both relaxing and scenic, with beautiful views that added to the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Rivergate Residence to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh for the first time.

It’s wrote on my reservation email that I will check in at 10Am but they delayed the check in to 3 Pm you have to come afternoon to get the room firstly and secondly they will not let you enter to the lobby to take rest before check in
