Ulasan M Concept Hotel

I made the reservation through Trip.com, and the hotel charged me a 17% higher price than the one from the reservation that reached them and me

Good location, very basic accomodation, must request for towels and hair dryer.  Old building but lovely staff.

The hotel is situated in a very good location in the centre of the city and the staff are very nice and friendly. The room that we had also had a nice balcony

Good clean, good value and excellent position hotel. We arrived at 1.00 am in the morning because of flight issues and were welcomed and efficiently signed in.

The service was great overall.

預定好了房間，抵達的時候卻說已經客滿，安排到另外一家飯店住，安排的飯店非常爛，而且還在施工，整間飯店髒亂，空氣中充滿了油漆味道，根本不應接待客人的。 網路上評價非常爛，從入住第一天就要求退款，一直到第四天退房了，退租的要求完全不被忽視。 訂房平台應該也要負責任，我訂房是看了你們給這飯店四星的評價才訂購的，結果根本就是災難！

Buen trato del personal. La calidad de las habitaciones muy caras para rl valor de venta. Sin silla para el escritorio, Baño muy chico. Sin placard, solo una percha.

A parte il personale gentile e disponibile, la reception carina, il resto lascia abbastanza a desiderare. Sono anche tornato una seconda volta sperando che ci fosse una stanza migliore però è peggiorato il tutto. Descrivo per correttezza: letti anche se grandi accettabili ma a molle e piuttosto ballerini. Bidet in entrambe le stanze era staccato dal pavimento Flusso d'acqua infimo. Doccia quasi inutilizzabile per la poca acqua che scorreva. Non parliamo del lavandino sul quale era abbastanza difficile anche radersi per la poca acqua. Camere 305 e 309 la peggiore anche senza asciugacapelli.

稍稍老舊了些，但位置非常好，看景點非常方便，周圍探戈舞會也不少，還有一點，有個酒店內的吸煙區，很舒服

Всё очень относительно, завтрак г... только и омлет, локация норм, номера уставшие, всё слышно за стеной кто и как чихнул... Клининг ужасный!!!

地理位置非常好，離五月廣場很近、不行很方便。周圍有酒吧所以晚上有噪音，對睡眠質量不好的人不友好，而且親測酒店熱水在下午時段沒有，一直要到晚上8點左右才有熱水

가격대비 아주 훌륭합니다 아주 좋은 위치에 있구요 직원들은 친절했습니다

Quarto muito pequenino, chuveiro ruim, atendimento para converter a reserva em pesos ao invés de dólar complicado, com a atendente embasando querendo que passasse pelo cartão brasileiro e não o Nomad. Quarto padrão 2 estrelas no Rio de janeiro, muito caro pelo o que oferece. Único ponto positivo é a localização , muito perto de tudo!
