Beautiful Masseria with serious management issues. Located in middle of nowhere 20’ outside Lecce in a deserted area where the fields seemed abondant and agricultural sadly not existing any longer. The Masseria itself is very nice and the building well maintained. Welcome by Giada was very warm. Feeling being a welcomed guest by the rest of the staff another experience. Breakfast is an experience by its own. There is no breakfast menu and you think you get the limited Italian breakfast just to learn two days later that there are fruits, tomatoes, eggs, cheese, all you like to dream of in case you knew to ask for. Service not very efficient and very slow. In the room you have to pay for regular water. There is a kettle but there are no tea bags. There is no restaurant at the property meaning you can’t spend time there, despite a nice pool to hang around at. You actually feel pushed away either to go to a restaurant to eat which there is none around or having to leave the property at check out time 10:30 AM. It’s sad. The place would have a great potential but hospitality is a business that needs to be learned and mastered so guest feel welcome and enjoy.

This remote property is a former monastery that was recently updated to a boutique hotel. While the location is not for everyone, the service was incredible. Specifically, Federico Landolfi looked out for our every need. The manager of the property, Giulio DiDonFrancesco could not have been more engaged and caring. Beyond the great service, the food was incredible. Honestly, too good as I ate everything.

I had the most amazing stay at Masseria Francescani. The atmosphere is so peaceful and serene. The only noises you hear are the birds chirping. The rooms are and the common areas are beautifully decorated, in a style that mixes perfectly between traditions and modernity, with a great attention to detail everywhere. The beds are comfortable, and the jacuzzis a great pleasure to relax at the end of the day. Having only 9 rooms makes the place very intimate and quiet, you get to enjoy the hotel and the pool to the fullest. I highly appreciated the quality of the breakfast that was served daily with fresh, delicious, local products ! Last but not least, the staff was super adorable, accomodating and helpful with everything. I already know I'll be coming back to Masseria Francescani in the future ! Do not hesitate to stay there !

Solo una parola MAGICO. Atmosfera intima,cibo sublime, servizio impeccabile. Abbiamo cenato nella sala privata con la formula degustazione che prevede 7 portate, un mix tra tradizione e sperimentazione che ci ha sorpresi ad ogni singola portata. I piatti non vengono solo serviti bene,ma raccontati come in una vera esperienza sensoriale. La sala era una era una vera chicca, un ex cappella del 1500; ma del resto anche tutta la struttura è perfetta. A fine serata abbiamo anche avuto il piacere di chiacchierare con lo chef,un ragazzo con grandi idee. Nota estremamente a favore per noi è stato scoprire che tutta la struttura è gestita da ragazzi veramente in gamba. In ultimo, non andate senza aver provato anche il cocktail bar.

Posto incantevole, suggestivo. Riesci a vivere e godere di tutti i colori e sapori della Puglia. Camere pulite, grandi, belle!! Ognuna con un suo privato giardino. Silenzio e quiete ti avvolgono rendendo ancora più affascinante il posto.

Luogo stupendo, staff gentilissimo e attento. Piatti preparati con ingredienti semplici e a km 0 ma dal sapore inebriante. Serata piacevole e rilassante passata in famiglia, bimbo trattato da principino. Ci hanno accompagnato a visitare la struttura da sogno lasciandoci con il desiderio di tornare al più presto.

Ospitalità, relax e charme al top. Una masseria splendida, restaurata nel rispetto della sua autenticità, con camere, piscina e aree verdi davvero molto belli. Giada, accogliente e disponibilissima ... complimenti! Ci ritorneremo, anche per la strategica posizione.

Bellissima location, curata nei dettagli. Staff giovanile, professionale e molto disponibile. La Masseria Francescani si trova tra le bellissime campagne pugliesi, in un oasi di pace e tranquillità, ma vicinissima a Lecce (15 minuti), tante spiagge ed attrazioni molto belle. La colazione proposta, servita all’esterno nel loro magnifico giardino, e’ ricca e ben assortita, con prodotti a km 0 tutti molto gustosi. Abbiamo soggiornato in una delle camere della torre, con una bellissima vista ed un bel terrazzo privato, graditissimo al nostro bambino a 4 zampe :). Anche il ristorante “Fra’n” annesso alla struttura, nonostante non abbiamo avuto occasione di cenare, sembra essere destinato a ricevere qualche ambita stella Michelin! Giada, assieme agli altri ragazzi, ci ha accolto all’arrivo ed è stata fin da subito attenta e premurosa anche ben oltre quello che ci si potrebbe aspettare. Quando le cose si fanno per passione…Rapporto qualità/prezzo 9/10. Consigliatissimo. Un affettuoso saluto da Rizzo.

Il soggiorno in questa masseria ci ha creato dipendenza... siamo quindi tornati per una settimana rigenerante... L'accoglienza, l'ospitalità, la cura dei dettagli, la bontà delle colazioni, la piscina magica... generano nel cliente una sensazione di relax e tranquillità impagabili... Un grazie in particolare a Giulio ed Esmeralda!!!
