It had everything we needed, foid was good all th staff were very happy to help and always cheerful. Pool wasn't heated but once in it was good

We have just come back from these apar**ents and went for a relaxing holiday after a family bereavement to get away. First the all inclusive aspects wasn’t like all inclusive as we didn’t see any snacks between the meal times. Also you are limited to just 2 drinks at a time even for soft drinks. The first few days were ok until noisy groups started coming. First a group of lads that got put in rooms around ours then a large group of girls that must have come for some sort of sports training and these where worst then the first group due to them being noisy. Also at meal times due to the limited number of tables and chairs if you are half an hours after the start time you don’t get a seat inside especially at breakfast as people are queuing before 8am. No one should reserve sun beds but they do.So all in all we wouldn’t go back to this accommodation and would go somewhere run a bit better.

The place is very clean, plenty of sunbeds throughout the day. Food was ok we found something everyday, not alot of choice but still a variety. Hotel staff couldn’t do enough for us very relaxing holiday.

Stayed here for 5 nights last week. Nice family run hotel, our room was like a small apar**ent but was very comfortable only thing was no kettle to make coffee in the morning. There is two pools at this hotel one quite one by reception and the main one was lovely with a pool bar no entertainment round it while we Was there. (Maybe out of season) Entertainment was quite poor only one singer twice while there and we are not young late 30s but was a bit of a Yawn. Food was tasty to us not a massive variety but enough to get fed,drinks wasn’t to bad your only allowed to take 2 cups up, if you are a family of four you’d have to que twice. Nice spar shop on site. Area is out of the way about 7 euro to the main town playa del Ingles and the dunes but was nice being out of the hustle and bustle.Holiday world and a lovely park for the kids 2 mins away.There is a kids club on site but wasn’t open while we was there. This hotel is more for the older generations and couples on holiday not a lot for families really. Because we was with our son 7 years old we could not return to this hotel with him but if me and the wife came on our own then we’d consider it. We definitely love Gran Canaria though.

I didn't expect much after reading some of the reviews, but this place was ideal for what I needed, which was a 'base'. Yes, the food isn't that nice, but it was edible. Yes, there isn't any entertainment, but we went out for that. There is only 1 bar, but you are served quickly enough, and the staff are nice. What I liked about this place was the relaxed a**osphere. The beds were also comfortable. I liked the set-up of the apar**ent too, although I'm glad I took my own kettle. There is a lack of ashtrays unfortunately, and I didn't appreciate having to leave my passport behind the reception desk on check-in. Only a half hour walk from the Yumbo centre, although there are plenty of buses available, and there is a free bus to the beach twice daily. I have booked to come again next year!

We visited these apar**ents/ hotel on arrival was not a very nice welcoming they then tried put us into two basic rooms when we had booked premium rooms ! Friend had been here before so we went back to reception very angry aggressive receptionist told us you want premium room you have to tell jet 2 pointed out if you look at paper work we DID book premium room the complex looks very nice but that’s the best I can say Food basic of the basic luke warm to cold breakfast/lunch /Dinner had very little selections did complain but was asked if I could make note what was cold there wasn’t anything warm The bar asked for 4 lagers told can only have 2 there was 4 in our party ? After 4 days here I decided I was going home was 9 day holiday left 5 days early on booking out wasn’t even asked why I was leaving please think twice before booking £860 each you can get lot better for your money wouldn’t go back even if you gave me it free or pay me go back two in our party stayed on to continue holiday to end up sickness. And diarrhoea for 3 days

Great complex - very clean, staff all pleasant, rooms very good, good location and food is fine. Good sports facilities - Tennis, Table Tennis, Pool, Darts, Archery, Crazy Golf and more. Near to an excellent facility with a sports bar, bowing alley and funfair. Ideal for groups of friends, families, couples and singles.

Just leaving this hotel and I have found its clean, rooms are very spacious. If your not staying all inclusive then you have very basic equipment. No kettle no microwave. Not enough cutlery or plates and only 1 pan. All inclusive food is OK if your not picky. Pool cleaned everyday but around the pool area is only cleaned on a Friday. Sunbeds just left as they were left by visitors. For 2 stars it's good but don't expect much. There is a free bus to the beach on a morning which is great. Nothing much around the area at all. Receptionist are very friendly and helpful.

We were quite dubious about our stay after reading some of the reviews but our experience was very positive. A group of 4 ladies in 2 apar**ents. Apar**ents were clean, comfortable, air conditioned and well equipped. The only addition I could suggest would be a kettle. The staff were super friendly and polite - so helpful with every enquiry we had. We needed to organise a wheelchairs while we were there and they did it all for us. Young Giovanni on the bar was amazing and so charming - I hope he gets to see snow in the UK one day. All the staff worked so very hard. The food was good - not high class restaurant but it changed all the times and there was always something to eat (we had 2 fussy eaters in our party and they were fine) Only comment on restaurant is the wine - really not good but maybe just not what we are used to. The place was clean - rooms serviced twice in the week we were there. Cockroaches - the reviews on this caused us some angst but in reality we saw half a dozen over the week and all on the same evening - maybe a weather thing? They were not in the rooms and were moved by the staff quickly. I think we have to remember that the cockroaches (horrible as they are) are resident in this climate. Entertainment was limited but that suited us - one evening was a singer who was excellent - on our last day the entertainment guide came to say goodbye - a nice touch that he remembered when we were leaving. Complex included a large pool, quiet pool, kiddie pool, play area, games, games room, library. Lots of people ‘bagged’ sun beds and left towels on overnight and several days. While we were there it wasn’t a problem and we were always able to find a sunbed - we did remove some towels when the beds had been unused all day. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely complex - I would stay in this complex again - great for a family gathering.
