Sejak kami check in hingga check out, ia membuat masa inap kami berkesan. Meskipun mungkin bukan hotel bintang 5, hotel ini memberikan pengalaman Maroko yang unik dan autentik yang melampaui ekspektasi kami. Riad itu sendiri, dengan arsitektur tradisionalnya, bersih dan menarik. Puncaknya tidak diragukan lagi adalah teras yang tenang, oasis yang damai jauh dari hiruk pikuk medina. Suatu malam, kami menikmati sheesha di teras, pengalaman menyenangkan yang hanya menghabiskan biaya sekitar 70 MAD. Kami juga berkesempatan bersantap di teras, di mana kami menikmati tagine lezat dengan harga yang sangat terjangkau, yaitu 60 MAD per potong. Keterampilan kuliner koki benar-benar mengesankan. Sarapan yang disajikan setiap pagi juga tradisional dan bersahaja! Yang membuat masa inap kami benar-benar istimewa adalah suasana hangat dan ramah yang diciptakan oleh Iheb dan stafnya. Kami datang sebagai tamu tetapi pulang dengan perasaan seperti teman. Kami bahkan berteman dengan dua kucing penghuni yang menggemaskan, Sofia, si kucing belang berbulu panjang, dan Leena, si kucing merah. Kehadiran mereka menambah pesona kami selama menginap. Lokasi Riad Jibril sempurna, dan unta di depan tempat penukaran uang menjadi penanda yang sangat bagus. Riad ini berada di gang seberang, pintu kedua, sehingga mudah ditemukan. Kami sangat menikmati kedekatannya dengan Kasbah, dekat Zeitun Cafe, tempat favorit kami untuk dikunjungi di malam hari. Teras kafe yang diterangi lentera memberikan pemandangan megah yang membuat malam kami semakin berkesan."

"This was by far the worst “five-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. On arrival, my room was dirty, the bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied, and the toilet was unhygienic. The food was extremely poor, with some dishes looking reheated from previous days and birds flying around the buffet area. Choices were very limited, and since I was travelling with someone with allergies, we often had to eat out or order in to avoid going hungry. There was no complimentary water, and the WiFi barely worked in the rooms or around the hotel. Even the sun loungers and communal areas were dirty. Nothing about this place reflects five-star standards — it felt more like a neglected budget hotel. Overall, a huge disappointment and not worth the money. 0/10."

"Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody. At the end there was just a pretty pool, with an extreme quantity of chlore (impossible stay more then 10 minuts) and with walls ruined by humidity and mushrooms. I strongly unsuggest this hotel if the SPA is part of your needs"
