Kami punya masalah dengan pria di resepsi yang berbicara buruk kepada kami, meneriaki kami, dan menyerang kami secara verbal. Banyak juga pelanggan lain yang mengeluh, karena diusir oleh pengelola dan timnya. Sarapannya jelek, tidak ada variasi. "We spent six delightful days there. Just a few kilometers from Marrakech, 30 minutes by car depending on traffic. The grounds are peaceful, offering various accommodations, including private villas with pools and rooms. Our spacious room had a comfortable queen-size bed and a small refrigerator. It also had a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, storage, and a toilet. The daily housekeeping was remarkably well done, with towels changed every day. There was a terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a fixed sun lounger. The large, very clean swimming pool had a paddling area and a larger one. Comfortable sun loungers surrounded the pool area. Pool towels, hats, and parasols were provided. Breakfast included hot drinks, fruit juice, and mint tea, all available at self-service counters. Fruit, crêpes, Moroccan galettes, pancakes, baguettes, butter, jam, and cheese were served by the staff. Omelets were made to order. The portions were generous and delicious. There is also a restaurant service; the menu changes depending on the time of day. An international menu is offered at lunchtime, snacks in the afternoon, and a menu featuring local dishes in the evening. We ate there several times; the food was well-prepared and beautifully presented. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The grounds are peaceful, and the stay was relaxing."

"!!!Note: The address listed for this guesthouse, 212 Derb el Cadi, is incorrect on Google Maps. This address is in the west of the city, but the guesthouse is in the east. You need to search for "Dar Hilana." Take a bus to the Bab aylan gate, then walk about 500 meters. This guesthouse seems to be newly opened; the facilities are quite new. It has three floors, with a rooftop terrace offering a good view. The overall decor has a strong local feel. The area outside the guesthouse is a local residential area with fruit and snack shops, but no restaurants. We usually ate near the tourist attractions. The breakfast was quite plentiful, including yogurt, honey, bread, and fried eggs, and tasted pretty good. The owner and staff were very friendly. However, I felt the guesthouse's decor focused too much on artistic flair and neglected practicality. I expect the maintenance costs will be quite high in the future. For example, the bathroom walls weren't tiled; they were just whitewashed, which is prone to mold and peeling."
