It was a rocky start with the fast track entry at the airport getting messed up. They didn’t have our names at the fast track desk and were really rude to us about it despite us explaining our situation to them. It really left a bad first impression since we were hoping to have a smooth and comfortable entry into the country. It’s what you expect booking “the best hotel in Marrakech” after all. At this point I was regretting not going with Amanjena. However, as we got to the hotel, the beautiful interior and attentive staff did melt our hearts a little. The staff members at breakfast were particularly pleasant. The Italian restaurant and its tasting menu was quite delightful too. But the afternoon tea left a lot to be desired. Unprofessional staff (the birds got to the cakes multiple times before they got served, they brought out the wrong tea for me, etc) made me wonder how they could be so different from the breakfast team. Regardless the hotel was undoubtedly very beautiful and we did have a wonderful time overall.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically the two girls on duty during my check-in at 9 PM. Despite my reservation, I had to wait over 30 minutes for a room, which turned out to be different from the one I booked. Despite informing them of our anniversary, the staff's response was unhelpful. The initial room's view was changed without acknowledgment, and the alternative offered was worse. Only after speaking to the manager ( it's worth noting that the manager I spoke to was exceptionally friendly and understanding) did we receive a better room, but it still wasn't the one we booked. The lack of consideration for our special occasion made it a frustrating experience overall.

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.  If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

Je recommande à tous cette hôtel - grande piscine propre - transats et matelas disponibles et en très bonne état - chambres spacieuses/ confortables et climatisé et toujours propre - buffet petit déjeuner international - La cuisine est très bonne,variée et de qualité!! - Parking privé - service bagagerie professionnels L'équipe est réellement à l'écoute du client sur toutes les situations possibles. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Excellent property and very convenient to USC activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm.
