TTamuStayed at Riad Mama for 5 days and 4 nights, and it was an unforgettable experience.
The riad itself is beautiful and tastefully decorated, but what truly made the stay exceptional were the people and their outstanding service. Dunya went above and beyond, helping me with my large luggage to the lobby and keeping my room spotless at all times. Farid prepared Moroccan tea for me on my first night on the rooftop and generously shared great restaurant recommendations. Nour, the director, and her sister greeted me with warm smiles every time they saw me and provided truly fantastic service.
They offered warm, genuine hospitality and consistently went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I genuinely felt like a welcomed guest rather than a tourist. When I unfortunately had food poisoning on my second day and didn’t leave my room at all, they noticed and checked on me to make sure I was okay. That level of care meant so much to me. Lastly, the riad itself is literally just 2–4 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fnaa and the Medina, which made getting around incredibly easy. I would definitely come back again without hesitation. Thank you Riad Mama! I can’t recommend Riad Mama enough this is hospitality at its finest. The rooftop view facing Koutoubia mosque.

PPengguna AnonimIt was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking.
There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice.
I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade.
The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though.
The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

BBellinisThe check-in process was good for customer service, but my room experience was terrible. I booked a superior suite, but I ended up with a regular room. I was informed that the person who was supposed to be in the room decided to stay another day. When I checked online, I found that the room was still available for reservation. The next day, when I asked to switch to my reserved room, I was told that it was booked again and that I should check back in line. Surprisingly, the same room was still available for reservation. I feel like they were scamming people by booking a suite at a higher price and then giving them a cheaper room.
The night crew member was very friendly and informed me that the manager was traveling. However, I don’t understand who is responsible for managing the website and ensuring that the correct room is posted when it’s available. I tried to contact them via phone and email, but nothing happened. I hope that Trip guide and the hotel will take responsibility for their actions and make sure that this doesn’t happen to other customers. I could have booked a different suite that had a similar aesthetic to what I was looking for, but I couldn’t even cancel the reservation. There should be a system in place for booking a specific room, and if the room is not available, the customer should receive an automatic refund. It’s their job to figure out when the room is available and what type of room it is. Additionally, the room had a bunch of knickknacks, and the table, wall, and bottom of the table were all chipped, cracked.

Sebenarnya lebih mudah untuk menuliskannya. Masuk dari pintu masuk tembok kota dan berjalan ke gang di sebelah kanan di ujung.
Ini harus dianggap sebagai B&B, jadi hubungi pemiliknya terlebih dahulu, jika tidak, mungkin tidak ada orang yang tersedia. Sebenarnya tidak ada sarapan pagi, tapi kamarnya lumayan untuk tidur. Selain kami, yang menginap di sana semua adalah anak muda. Toh harganya hanya sekitar 300 yuan.
Perhatikan bahwa Anda harus menukarkan beberapa mata uang lokal terlebih dahulu di bandara. Ada banyak toko kecil di sekitar tempat tinggal Anda, dan Anda juga bisa makan sampai larut malam.

Hotel ini terletak di sebelah stasiun kereta, tetapi relatif sepi di malam hari dan tidak mempengaruhi tidur Anda. Lingkungan internal dan fasilitas berada pada level hotel cepat. Mmattie graceThe hotel is clean, the workers are all very kind and helpful... when I checked in I asked if I could stay 1 more night so they helped to do this and then gave me a larger room for free, because I was staying a extra night.
They helped to bring my bags up with the elevator and showed me to my room. I felt very safe staying here also as a female who was staying alone.
The place has nice Moroccan touchs like the detail on the doors / door ways, light fixtures... etc
Sorry forgot to take any photos, but here is a screenshot of a video I sent to show someone what my room looked like.
I was originally nervous about the cleanliness from the reviews on here, but it was nice and clean and they will clean the room daily if you are gone or if you are there if you would like them to around 2-3 pm
It had a small fridge in the room, a vanity / desk, Tv with local channel + the usual.
