Better then I expected, beautiful private beach, so many activities available, overall stay is very go, staff is helpfull also.

One best beach resorts that I have been to here in China in the last couple of years. It is a paradise for people who love to take pictures. It is a private beach resort and hence the beach is not crowded and splendid clean. I stayed in a sea view room. The views were amazing. The breakfast was very good with very nice staff. I would definitely recommend this place, and I am going back again this week with my colleagues.

I went there because despite being far from everything, I don´t mind if it´s a nice place. I was lured by the nice pics with the blue sea, but what I found was disappointing, very calm, yes and so closed to the beach that you can hear the sea from the room. that I loved. What I didn't like much was that the water was brown-ish, I didn´t even dare to get in there. As for the hotel, first the good thing: LEO in the front desk went far and beyond to help me with my requirements, really seemed like the only person there willing to help customers. The room was clean, with a nice view and comfortable bed. The hotel has a pretty floating church where you can take nice pictures, it[s popular for weddings as I could evidence. Now, the not so good: Service wasn't as nice as you would expect for the price they charge; besides LEO, as I already mentioned, and the nice lady at the entrance of the restaurant, the rest of the staff was rather uninterested and unpolite. I went to the swimming pool the first day and there weren't any towels available. I asked one of the guys there (as of today I don't know what they were doing besides sitting on a chair and spitting all afternoon) if they could get me a towel and they told me I had to go to the front desk to get one...it was a 10 min walk from the swimming pool). I asked also the lady in the little convenience store next to the pool and the answer was the same. I went, asked LEO, he apologized and got me a towel (took them 10 mins to get a clean towel for me) and I finally could go. Breakfast buffet is mostly Chinese, and so is all in the hotel, mostly for Chinese couples who want to take nice pictures... I don't know what I was expecting, I though I would find a more foreigner-friendly environment, but I still have to learn to lower my expectations.

Stunning hotel with beautiful lobby and pool, not to mention beachfront. View of sunset and fireworks on the beach each night. Great place for families and good for anyone who just wants to relax. Very friendly staff who went well out of their way to be helpful. An all around enjoyable stay thanks to Leo and his team.

Everything is fascinating, the location is perfect for relaxing and having a peaceful time. The staff are so nice and helping, I enjoyed to the fullest!

This is the 1st time in my life that I need to wait 4 hours in the queu for a checking. even manager gave us a free dinner but really a nightmare. Another day we ask for room service, the food arrived 1.5 hours later. In summary never go to this hotel in peak season. They are lack of workers. even the few staff they have they try their best to make you happy but i feel sorry for them cause the hotel administration do not give them big support. We will never come back here. Sorry for the good beach and nice facilities, but this vacations was terrible.

老牌酒店，管理貼心❤️，設施完備，度假私密性好（｡•̀ᴗ-）ok，沙灘🏖️乾淨，免費自助早餐，免費泰式晚餐，早上還有免費咖啡☕，温泉免費，下午到晚上夜晚有免費的彈唱，表演，篝火……，道路上種滿了清幽幽的芭蕉，濃密的雞蛋花，小路上隨時可以遮蔭散步的綠植，分佈合理的休息茶啡吧，不同區域的拍照景象，還剛巧坐上免費的巴士到茂名高鐵站，總枱管家小蘭反應迅速的温馨提示，很滿意😊，太太太超值了，馬上推薦給了我的朋友😊。

看到該酒店的很多負面評價，如服務態度不好、酒店設施舊、有異味等，有些擔心的。但是真正入住，首先映入眼簾的大堂很大氣，前台鐘清霞服務熱情有禮，主動詢問有幾個小孩，並及時準備迎賓水果和小孩洗漱用品。進入房間也是空間很大，陽台打開玻璃門就是游泳水道，孩子們換上泳衣立馬跳入泳道玩得很開心。從酒店走去海邊也很方便，距離很近，沙子很細，踩上去腳感好。孩子們挖了很多寄居蟹和小沙蟹，浪漫海岸到處椰樹婆娑，泰式風情滿滿。不錯的親子度假勝地。

浪漫海岸温德姆住宿體驗堪稱完美！管家陳曉霞服務貼心到位，從入住那一刻起就感受到了無微不至的關懷。酒店大堂位於2樓，氣派非凡。房間內設施齊全，服務響應及時，大堂和房間都有清晰的指引。餐飲方面，自助早餐種類豐富，望海餐廳環境優美。海鮮城中餐廳提供新鮮美味的海鮮，午餐和晚餐時間都很方便。此外，美食街和商業街也近在咫尺，滿足各種購物和美食需求。娛樂設施更是豐富多彩，温泉、室外游泳池、海濱浴場都能讓人盡情放鬆。特別是東南亞風情表演，讓人感受到了異域風情。酒店周邊的打卡點也非常值得一去，海誓山盟和LOVE標誌都是拍照留念的好地方。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦這家酒店！

整體環境優美，舒適宜人！餐廳出品很不錯！！海鮮，燒烤，中西式菜品都很豐富，海邊休閑度假舒服！房間整潔，高大上，性價比真的很高。而且服務很到位，禮貌熱情，海邊還有還可以趕海，玩沙灘車，還有一些海上遊玩設施。一整個酒店都被椰林包圍着，還有好多打卡點。茂名浪漫海岸温德姆酒店非常適合海邊休閑度假，家庭聚餐，公司團建！！下次有機會還會來！！哈哈哈哈

這裏環境舒適，房間乾淨整潔，服務態度很好，沙灘很美，真的不在國外！在廣東茂名！ 落日下的橘子海W好浪漫~ 在浪漫海岸度過假期，太美好了。 整個景區種滿了椰子樹，充滿東南亞異域風情空 彷彿置身在峇裏島生 晚上有沙灘音樂節、簧火晚會、露天看電影、看 煙花[ 超浪漫！一整個浪漫氛圍拉滿！ 白天沒去景區拍，下次有空再去一次，真的超美！ 我們下午17:30~18:00日落時分進景區，趁太陽下 山之前拍了半小時的日落。
