Nice place to stay! Quick in and out stay, reception was excellent. Beds comfy, but windows need better insulation. We heard everything outside on the 11th floor. Parking was $40 overnight. We were there about 10 hours overall, would probably not stay again only due to the noise because I’m a light sleeper.

Its good experience during the stay with USC, also don’t forget the breakfast.

It's close to USC campus

Went to a concert at the Banc Of California stadium. The hotel was perfect for the event. It’s a safe 10-15 min walking distance from the venue and there are plenty of those scorers if you need to get there faster. Instead about worrying about parking and leaving the stadium. My family leisurely walked over before the show, got back to the room after in 10 mins and was able to relax in a very clean, safe, and friendly hotel. Extremely satisfied and will be back if they are other events at the stadium we would like to attend.

I have to comment on this hotel. As a USC parent, I want to help you avoid spoilers. Let me talk about the advantages first. It is very close to the school, just across the road. There is a gymnasium next to it, so it is safe to watch a game at night. After all, people pouring out of the gymnasium are wearing USC uniforms. I think the hotel's facilities and hygiene are OK without being too harsh. We stayed for three nights and only provided two bottles of water on the first day. The ice machine in the corridor was broken. No one came to clean the room after three o'clock. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, the waiter knocked on the door and could only let her change the towel and leave. It was like no service, but I still gave her a tip. The hotel is next to the street, and the sound of motorcycles and cars blasting on the street is very loud at night. If you think these are the only disadvantages, you are wrong! When we checked out, the waiter greeted us with a smile, and we thought it was OK because we didn't spend money in the hotel. Who knew that when I got off the plane, I found that the hotel only returned $100 of the $150 deposit withheld, saying that I had spent money. I wrote an email but no one replied. Fortunately, my child was still in school. I went to confront him. The waiter apologized and said that they made a mistake and charged the breakfast bill of another room to our room. They would refund the money. We thought it was over, but not long after, my card was deducted the same $50. My child called the hotel front desk again, and the waiter started to mess around and insisted that no fee was deducted. At that time, I was still transiting overseas. I called China Merchants Bank. China Merchants Bank had a very good attitude and froze my card in time, comforting me that they would investigate. After I came back, I called Ctrip. Ctrip also had a very good attitude and called the hotel to mediate. As a result, this time the hotel actually said that a person named Yao in my room had two breakfasts in a row. My last name is not Yao, and I have not registered a co-resident. The reason given by the hotel was that the room I booked was a double bed that could sleep four people... Such an absurd reason + such a random deduction is really excessive. Thank you Ctrip for finally taking the initiative to compensate for my losses. China Merchants Bank customer service also comforted me that if I encounter such a thing again in the future, they can help investigate the hotel for theft. However, it is really too much for such a hotel to ignore the guest’s registered name and arbitrarily deduct the so-called stranger’s consumption after you leave the hotel!

The hotel is right opposite USC, which is very convenient for visiting. The front desk guy was very friendly and told us about nearby attractions and how to take the bus. There was also an Asian front desk guy who helped us find change and store our luggage, which was really good. It was also convenient to take the subway!

Overall, I was quite satisfied. There were no slippers in the room, so I called the front desk and they sent two pairs to the room. Breakfast was in the opposite building, and the service staff were all Latin American and quite considerate.

I stayed in this hotel for more than a month and was very disappointed. I chose this hotel because it is close to USC, but the management here is quite chaotic. I often received credit card deduction information in the middle of the night, which made me sleep poorly all night. If you want to stay for a long time, I recommend staying at Hilton World Traveler Collection, which is only 3.7 kilometers away from USC campus and has good services and facilities.
