Room very small and old. Location near the train station is good

The facilities are well done, and i do think the location is not bad

It was nice and decent. Very central and near to the metro station and all attractions.

The location is good if you’d like to explore Marseille city. It is a little bit difficult if you don’t speak any French at all. We used all the hand luggage then be able to communicate 😂

Good hotel. 5 minutes walk from the central railway and bus station.

In general it is with good value of money, the front desk people are friendly. But it’s a little bit noisy for the rooms next to the road. And they forget to put toilet paper in my room.

This is a great Hotel, I always stay here when in Marseille. Near to transport links and good location. The Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly

The man, if I remember correctly, the senior manager - was friendly, as was the night security. All the women at the reception were extremely unfriendly, the bureaucracy was harassing. Overall, a depressing impression: irritated bureaucrats + unsafe area + poor cleaning and a frightening view of the construction site liquid soap hangs right above the hair dryer plugged into the socket and drips onto it. It is unclear how they could have obtained a license from the fire department

We really enjoyed our stay at Zenitude. The room was spacious enough and kitchen facilities were a welcome surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we spoke little French. Great location.

Location good and central. The room was ok, some things parcially damage, but overall ok

We have stayed here for 2 days. We had breakfast included but they can't provide breakfast because of the leakage of the restaurant ceiling. We can't have the payment for the breakfast refund after we complained to trip.com for one month. Their management is very poor and dishonest.

The room is clean. It is near the train station and metro station.

Worst experience. No air conditioning available. Forced to open window but very noisy entire night along the main road. Not recommended at all
