"Stayed at this establishment twice, in a room and then in an apartment. The place is ideally located in the city center, a stone's throw from the old port. This establishment is new but lacks maintenance in both the common areas and the rooms and apartments. Dirty sheets and towels, limescale marks in the bathroom, etc. It's a real shame. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served offers a magnificent view."

Julie, who was on reception duty on the afternoon and evening of 30 June, was superb. BA had cancelled our flight, and we were tired. Julie welcomed us, and made the check in process really easy. She then booked us a restaurant and train tickets. Julie did all of this with both charm and effectiveness. What a wonderful staff member! Thank you Julie."

"I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. The location is excellent, and the 7th-floor restaurant has an unbeatable sea view. The breakfast food was fresh on the first day, but on the second day, the potatoes were leftovers from the previous day; they tasted off and were very hard. This is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. The room was just average. If you're looking for the location and the rooftop sea view, I'd recommend it. But if you're looking for value for money, I strongly advise against it. Also, absolutely do not take the taxi the hotel calls for you. Although the driver speaks English, the fare is double!"

"The room facilities and services should be OK, but friends who drive themselves must pay attention that the hotel does not have its own parking lot. You can only park in a public parking lot next door, and then walk 200 to 300 meters from the outside with your suitcase. And because it is located in Laogang, this parking lot is full before 10 pm. It was really frustrating when I arrived on the first night. It is mainly recommended for friends who do not drive themselves."

"I chose this hotel because it's close to the train station, making it convenient to take the airport express the next day. The location is excellent, just steps from the metro station, only two stops from the Old Port. Most of Marseille's attractions are around the Old Port. The hotel doesn't have many rooms, and the rooms are a moderate size; having two large suitcases open makes movement a bit restrictive. Breakfast is included in the room rate. The breakfast selection is limited, but the courtyard where you eat breakfast is quite pleasant; you can have a coffee there afterward."
