I attempted to check in multiple times using the reservation number on the booking confirmation, but it was unsuccessful, so I had to use a phone service. The reservation number provided there was completely different from the one on the confirmation. 2. Distant location It is a bit far from the city center, which requires one tram transfer, so it is inconvenient."

"It was pretty good. It's behind a gas station, and we got there by taxi. Transportation was convenient; it was easy to transfer from Line 2 to Line 1 at the Old Port. Don't stay in guesthouses in Marseille—they don't have air conditioning and it's unbearably hot in the summer. Luckily, we booked this hotel in time, so we were very grateful to have a place to stay. We stayed for four nights. Walking to the metro station was also very convenient. There's a football stadium there; during the Olympics, there was a football match, so it was quite crowded. Marseille has people of all skin colors, so be careful and don't go out alone at night, especially women. Remember to go to Provence before the end of June; the lavender will be gone by early July, and the scenery is breathtaking. This trip to France has a powerful impact!"

She then booked us a restaurant and train tickets. Julie did all of this with both charm and effectiveness. What a wonderful staff member! Thank you Julie."

Then at check-in, they gave me a key to a room that was already occupied, so awkward walking in on someone late at night! 😳 Great spot, but night staff need to step it up. Hopefully just a one-off!"

"We booked this hotel because we were participating in the Defi De Monto Christo swim, so the location was a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel doesn't accept cash for the deposit, so keep that in mind when booking – it's card only! When we booked, we asked for a room away from the elevator and not a corner room… they gave us the exact opposite – right by the elevator and a corner room… almost as if on purpose… which was quite unpleasant. The breakfasts were good. The pool has saltwater."
