Great room at excellent location. It even has a sauna room. The breakfast has a large variety of choices, but might not be the best fit for asian visitors.

Location is fantastic as it's close to train station as well as shopping centre (directly just opposite Zlote Tarasy). Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast spread is good and you can order omelette. Breakfast restaurant is quite big and it's not extremely packed during breakfast time. Food options in the shopping centre are plenty so you don't have to walk too far for meals. Easy walk to metro station, Rondo.

Best ever. Just at shopping mall at Warsaw. Many food around no worries at all. Walk a bit more halal food as well And hotel reception friendly comfortable bed

I was surprised at the lack of hotel support and hospitality! I requested a taxi to pick me up from this hotel in advance, but when I arrived at the airport, the taxi still didn't show up even 20 minutes after the scheduled time.I emailed and called the hotel, but there was no response, so I had no choice but to pick up another taxi. I headed there. When I complained to the front desk of the hotel, they gave me an excuse without apologizing, saying, ``I didn't know that the taxi wasn't coming.'' Later, they emailed me and said, ``We handled it perfectly, so just pay for the transportation!'' and they didn't even take a taxi. I was charged a taxi fee. The hotel breakfast was also very bad! This kind of response is impossible! I lost money by staying there.

prime location, friendly staff, and well-appointed rooms, it offers a memorable stay for both business and leisure travelers. Nice breakfast with traditional food. Highly recommended!

It’s a 2-star hotel with super old amenities. Where do 4 stars come for this hotel?! It’s a parody on a 4-star hotel. The room was not cleaned properly but I was so tired that just went to bed. There was dust on a tray with mugs and partly in a bathroom, as well as mould in the bathroom. Also, the shower gel was 99.5% empty. It barely lasted to take a shower. Amenities are very old — feels like 90-ties, with HOLES in the carpet in the room, as well as a corridor. The carpet in the room wasn’t cleaned properly as well. The only 4-star thing there - the breakfast. Considering the room price, IT IS SUPER OVERPRICED! NOT WORTH IT!!! There’re way better hotels nearby at the same price but with way better and cleaner amenities and friendlier stuff. I do not recommend this hotel — the worse experience in Warsaw.

Near tke shopping mall but it need to walk 10 mins to railway station. The room is clean but size is small.

Mercure hotel Warszawa centrum has a great location, it's close to zloty tarasy where you can enjoy food and shopping too, the service was great, and the room is clean, the sauna and jacuzzi was also good. In general I was satisfied with the service.

Appreciate to have coffee machine (with capsules filled) at room. Free soft drinks provided. Spacious and comfortable room. Excellent location.

The hotel is located in a perfect area. The staff was very kind as well. Breakfast was very good, I loved the egg salad. The restaurant on ground floor also serves tasty meals. I liked the action from the hotel that in case you do not request cleaning, then they give you member points or a free beverage in their restaurant. Sadly I had negative points as well - the sauna stopped working on my 2nd day, so I did not have the chance to use it as much as I wanted to. The room was also a bit cold, and the heating didn't really want to work. Overall I can say the hotel itself is good, just I was a bit unlucky

located heart of city and all restaurants close by. when you upgrade your room(extra charge), you may enjoy spa/gym service as well and it was great during cold weather in Warsaw. Right next to shopping mall and easy to go old downtown.

The toilet is quite old tho it’s clean enough. The room is big enough to open the luggage and the queen bed is really enough for one person. But the two light switch and charging spot is located above the bed which is quite weird and do not work well. A bit disappointed by that. Breakfast does not include much choice for me.

great location, amazing brekfast, soft bed. everything that I needed was in the room.
