"This place left a very mixed impression. I'll start with the few, but still noticeable, pros. The location is genuinely great: many city attractions are easily accessible by public transport or on foot. The room itself is quite spacious and doesn't feel cramped or cluttered. There are plenty of outlets and surfaces for personal belongings, and a separate wardrobe area is especially convenient – it keeps the main space from looking messy. The view from the window isn't spectacular, but the large windows and wide vista still create a sense of airiness and open space. It's worth noting that the room doesn't have its own bathroom; you have to walk down a communal, rather creaky corridor to get to the facilities. However, the toilets and shower areas themselves are in a relatively tidy and acceptable condition. Now for the cons, which, unfortunately, were more numerous. The check-in system is extremely inconvenient and confusing: you have to navigate through several portals using text instructions, first find one location to pick up the key, and then go to a completely different courtyard and literally search for the right door. This is the first time I've encountered such an unintuitive check-in process. Check-in starts relatively late at 3 PM, while check-out, conversely, is earlier than usual. And the staff actually comes and insistently reminds you to vacate the room. The main issue with the room is the complete lack of proper ventilation. The absence of air conditioning is already unpleasant, especially in warmer weather, but here the situation is even stranger: even with the window fully open, almost no air enters the room. It's impossible to air out the space – a feeling of fresh air only comes if you literally lean out the window. This makes staying in the room very uncomfortable. Separately, the bed linen is worth mentioning: it's unpleasant to the touch and constantly slides off the mattress with the slightest movement. Overall, this place might suit those for whom location and room spaciousness are important, but the level of comfort and the organization of the stay leave much to be desired."
