Perry and the entire staff of the hotel made us feel like VIP guests from our arrival through to check out. The room was beautiful and the location was great for walking. The hotel’s restaurant was also great. Perry speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The porch outside the hotel’s cafe is a great place to relax and people watch in the afternoon.

Great room and space with traditional and comfortable layout. Loved the restaurant with quality food and great service all around. Front desk very friendly, highly recommended 👍

The location is superb, located right inside ancient city vicinity. Our room is on the first floor with a nice view from the living room, it is clean and spacious. Their staff were all very friendly and their service is good. Will recommend coming here to stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us to transport the baggages from the south gate to the hotel. The breakfast was rich and we could make our favourite from the menu. Location is good and convenient as well.

Enjoyed my stay in this Lux Hotel. Clean, big and comfortable. Location is within Ancient City but need to walk at least 5 mins to 10 mins to get to the city main spot. In general, we loved the vibes of the hotel and would stay again.

This hotel resides inside the ancient town very close to the South Gate. The service I received was totally fantastic. All were friendly. They picked us at the gate, prepared some snacks and fruits for our late arrival, and when we left early next morning for the mountain they helped pack breakfast for us. The breakfast offered at the hotel was really good. The rice noodles were the best of all I had at the city. Though the hotel is inside the ancient town, and can hardly be as spacious as intercontinental, the room very large and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

酒店位置有點難找 房間很乾凈，雅緻，就是有點舊了，還有點味道 因為在古城裡所以白天很吵 早餐種類太少了，有種快捷酒店的既視感，而且不在酒店裡，有點麻煩 不過服務很好，這點滿分 迷你吧比較有誠意

酒店服務非常好，雖然不大，但環境清幽，地理位置也挺好離南門近，提前聯繫有專門的接駁車到停車場來接到酒店。衞生乾淨，房間也比較大，早餐人不多采取點餐方式，想吃什麼點什麼不浪費，品種多樣，關鍵是味道都挺符合我們的口味，不亞於五星級酒店。這次住下來總體感受挺好

很好的酒店，完全超出預期，性價比太高了。遇到的每一名服務員態度都特別好，服務能力也很強，車接車送，光速入住，非常舒心。 酒店的位置在古城鬧中取靜，非常安靜的一個地方，但是走3分鐘就能到商業區，10分鐘到木府。 整個酒店民族風格很強烈，處處小細節也非常展現用心。一開始路過洲際看到環境那麼好，有點後悔沒定洲際，結果入住後完全不後悔了哈哈哈。 酒店餐廳也很不錯，所有菜都可以免辣，味道很足又清爽不油膩，對小孩子很友好。咖啡水平也絕對碾壓一般五星級酒店。早餐加正餐吃了5頓。 這家酒店的評論不算多，因為這裏的服務員不會強迫你寫好評。總之超出預期，會繼續嘗試麗世的其他酒店。

服務人員十分專業，不僅免費升級房型，還有種回家的感覺，每天都有果盤，地理位置也很好，鬧中取靜。

非常滿意的一次住宿，酒店給我們升級了榻榻米大床房，孩子特別喜歡。早餐雖然種類不多，但很精緻，爬玉龍雪山的那天來不及吃早餐，酒店幫忙打包了，服務特別貼心。還有咖啡和普洱品鑒活動，這次來不及體驗了，留待下次來體驗。

酒店服務人員服務周到熱情，還免費給我們升級了房間，房間是傳統的當地建築風格，乾淨整潔，住起來很舒適，可惜這兩天行程比較趕，沒有體會到古城內的慢節奏生活，有機會去麗江的話，再去多住幾天。

房間乾淨衞生，去古鎮很方便鬧中取靜。早餐精緻可口，可惜時間比較緊不然再住一天了，下次來麗江的首選！
