Counter staff (2 gentlemen) were courteous and responsive. Stayed in the loft unit in Dec, with 2 heaters on, room still felt chilly, otherwise all else were good. Although the hotel stated was non smoking but some guests were very inconsiderate and smoked in lift and room, hope the hotel will enforce the non smoking rules more strictly.

Every time I come to Shanghai for business, I will stay at Yuanzhihui. First of all, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Secondly, the location is excellent. It is opposite the shopping mall and only five kilometers away from the New International Expo Center by taxi. It is very convenient and parking is free. The room design is relatively simple, but the facilities are complete, the bedding is very comfortable, the hygiene is very clean, and the cost performance is high! I always stay in this hotel when I come to Shanghai on business. The front desk service is friendly, parking is free, the room is clean and spacious. When booking, I compared many other hotels of the same price and was afraid that the room was small. This hotel is pretty good!
