They offer welcome fruits, and there are bananas, snacks, and tea available in the lobby for guests to help themselves. Picture 1 shows the hotel's breakfast spread, which has a good variety. The staff were proactive and friendly, encouraging guests to take as much as they like. I had an upset stomach, and the front desk even provided Po Chai Pills, saving me a trip out to buy them. ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻 Cleanliness: The bedding was fresh and clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area with no unpleasant odors. Environment: Pretty good! It's also convenient for getting around. Pictures 2-3 are some nearby food options, just to add to the visual."

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."

"Before check-in, I received a thoughtful call from the hotel's butler service, asking if I had any special requests for the room. I had originally booked a smaller room, but to my surprise, they upgraded me to a lake-view room during check-in! Since I had an online meeting that evening, I ordered takeout for dinner, and it was delivered to my room by hotel staff once it arrived. I also asked the butler if I could extend my check-out time to 2 PM, and they readily agreed. After checking out, I realized I had left a pair of pants behind. After contacting the hotel staff, I quickly received a response and then realized I had also left some documents. The hotel carefully packed my clothes and documents in a bag for me to pick up later. I'm incredibly grateful; they truly made me feel right at home."
