This time I stayed in the side sea view room, facing the large swimming pool of the hotel on the side, with a wide view and pleasant views. The design style of the room is simple, but the leisure space is limited, and there is no enough area for guests to sit down and talk, only suitable for bed rest. The daily necessities in the room are fully equipped to meet basic needs. The only downside is that the room socket is not equipped with a USB interface, and the self-contained charger cannot be used because the adapter plug is not carried, which brings some inconvenience."

"First, some positive impressions: the room was relatively large, though the view was just average. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was acceptable. There was also a small lounge area with tea sets and complimentary tea, which was nice. However, for a so-called five-star hotel, many aspects fell far short of expectations. Firstly, when the car arrived at the hotel entrance, no one offered to help with luggage. Even though the trunk was open, the doorman stood by the door indifferently. There were no trash cans in the lobby or near the entrance. Trash left by the previous guest on the coffee table and sofa in the lobby wasn't promptly cleaned up. Secondly, regarding the facilities, the toilet flushing system in the room was either clogged, with water either constantly flowing or failing to flush at all. Very embarrassing. The sink drain was leaking. While washing things in the sink, my feet got wet, and upon closer inspection, the sink was covered in soap suds—the drain pipe was leaking. It was late at night, and it wasn't convenient to call for repairs. The breakfast had a decent variety, but some food was spoiled or not properly cleaned. The fish was bitter. The order included what was supposed to be two car pick-up services and two executive lounge visits, but these did not actually happen."

Thanks to our butler, Shirley, for her detailed hotel information and prompt responses to our needs. She also recommended Maoming's must-see attractions and local delicacies. You could feel that every staff member at the hotel is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Although located in the city center, it's not near the main road, so we weren't worried about noise at all. However, the pillows were a little soft; I hope the hotel can improve that. The hotel breakfast was quite good, featuring Maoming specialties like millet cake, steamed rice rolls, and rice noodles."

"The hotel is too old, yet it still carries the Wyndham brand. Facilities: The showerhead looks like it hasn't been changed in a decade, the bathtub leaks and can't hold water, the door is hard to open, and the bathroom is tiny! Service was terrible. Even the manager, who claimed to resolve issues, essentially implied: either wait or get a refund. With my whole family, we booked three rooms, waited from 1 PM to past 4 PM for just one room to be cleaned. There was only one cleaning lady. Waiting three hours only to be told to get a refund is simply unacceptable! And that water park, advertised with an infinity pool? There's none at all. Instead, there's a messy patch of weeds in front, and the water is filthy! Clearly, no one cleans it. Parking is also unmanaged; cars are parked all over the lawn. The hygiene is also neglected; after cleaning, there were still cigarette packs in the room. This Wyndham must be the worst in the whole country, right? It's like it's barely functioning. I paid 927 yuan for one night, with no service, no environment, no decent hardware. The only decent things were the fine sand on the beach and the clear water, which honestly isn't even the hotel's doing~ I truly paid money for a miserable experience! I hope they improve quickly!"
