Shirley, the butler, learned that our high-speed train departed after 2 PM and proactively arranged a late check-out for us until 1 PM. A special thank you to Polly and Shirley for their service; it made me feel right at home. My only minor suggestion is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited; perhaps they could improve it."
