The mattress in the room was especially comfortable, perfect for someone like me with poor sleep quality; I slept soundly until morning. There was even a cleaning lady who came to collect my laundry, which was perfect for busy business travelers like us! They also provided a thoughtful breakfast of sweet soup in the morning. The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. It's great value for money and highly recommended."

"This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I was so satisfied with my first experience that I didn't hesitate to choose it again for my return trip to Maoming. The king room I originally booked was a bit small, but the front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and proactively helped us with a free upgrade to a twin room with connectable beds. The room was much more spacious and comfortable. Traveling with children is also completely stress-free here; the hotel prepared kid-sized slippers and toothbrushes in advance and even gave a small toy to entertain the little one. These thoughtful details were truly heartwarming. The overall service was warm and attentive, and you could feel the care put into every aspect. The breakfast spread was extensive, and the value for money is excellent. It's perfect for both family trips and business stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Maoming, and I truly recommend it to everyone!"

"This international brand, established over a decade ago, is showing its age with outdated facilities that no longer match its brand image. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very sharp and proactively upgraded our reserved room. The reason given was that it was rainy during our stay and our original room would have been quite damp. I'm glad for the upgrade; seeing the upgraded room's condition, I can only imagine how uncomfortable our original booking would have been. The staff at the front desk, breakfast area, and those operating the small train were all very enthusiastic. The hotel's surroundings are quite desolate; to find local cuisine, you'd have to drive at least 20 kilometers to the city. The hotel's evening beach entertainment program was also quite limited. If you're not driving and relying solely on the hotel's shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, you'd really need to think twice, unless you plan on vacationing at the hotel for a week and have ample time to work around their shuttle schedule."
Yushuigu Hot Spring Hotel
"The room's location near the mountains offers peace and privacy, but the overall environment is a bit dated. The villa itself has been around for a while, showing some signs of age, especially the bathroom facilities which feel quite old. There's a private hot spring pool on the first floor. The water park was a huge hit with the kids. The hot spring area was a bit lacking in cleanliness, and it's less crowded than other attractions. Overall, the experience was pretty good, and the breakfast spread was generous. Coming here during off-peak times offers good value for money. The hotel is about ten kilometers from the highway, and finding unique dining options requires a thirty-minute drive. Parking is free and readily available."

The disinfectant sprayed by the hotel smells a bit strong, and the balcony is semi-enclosed, resulting in poor vision and light."
