Beach Cottages

Very warm welcome by the owner. Plenty of information given to us at the welcoming. Room was a large size and a large bathroom too and balcony over looking the sea and small beach. Comfortable bed and very well equipped kitchen. Beach chair are offered on the lawns. Beach isn't very useable although good for children snorkeling. Situated 5/10min walk from Beau Valon beach. Small shop very nearby, also bigger shops 20mins walk away. Free use of kayaks is also offered although we didn't use. Also 2 tortoises on site

This is the place to be! It is a beautiful location, directly at the beach, bus station in front of the house. Perfect view as well as to the mountains plus the sea. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything is clean and well organized. My son said: this is even better than a hotel: you have all the facilities of a hotel, but the privacy of a bungalow. We were here several times and will come back for sure. I can highly recommend a stay at the Beach cottages! Thank you for everything!

A beautiful place to stay, well kept gardens with loungers to star gaze and listened to the waves. A wonderful location with a private beach, secluded from the outside world. Accommodation was perfect, comfortable bedding, personal bathroom, all of a very high standard. Kitchen fully equipped but never used, with so many places to eat within a short distance, it wasn’t necessary. A water dispenser provided cool water. The staff were smiling, pleasant and very helpful with advice and information. Two of the best kept giant tortoises were grateful for any fruit skins in the morning and provided a splendid opportunity to be so close to these amazing creatures. I will certainly stay there again when I next go back to the Seychelles.

My third visit to Beach Cottages. Amazing place, and always a great time. Accommodation is clean, modern, well looked after and comfortable, with all you need for a relaxing, quiet stay in a great location. There's space outside of your accommodation with a well kept garden and easy on site parking. Love that you can sit on the grass (or the sun loungers), right next to the secluded beach cove and just gaze. Hosts are very welcoming and helpful. In the seven Seychelles islands visited the two giant tortoises here must be the happiest couple ever! The hosts really care for this gem of a place and their guests. Will return.

Clean, great location, well equiped kitchen, helping staff, free WiFi, breathtaking view, a few steps from the ocean. Supermarket next the properties, turtles over the corner. Quiet place. Airconditions in bedrooms, Frans in each room.

Very nice location with beach connection. Beau Vallon is just a couple of minutes from the apar**ent. The room is clean, good WiFi connection. The stuff is also very helpful. You can borrow snorkeling equipment free of charge. Overall, good value for the money.

We have been staying at this small family owned establishment since before covid. We keep returning because the owners and their team always give us a warm welcome. Nothing is too much for them. Our last stay was in October 2023. The apar**ents are well thought out, well equipped and clean. The beds very comfortable. Beautiful views of the sea & private little cove. The location perfect as it is 5 mins walk from the longest beach on Mahe, Beau Vallon Bay. It is within 5 to 10 mins drive from a wide choice of cafes, restaurants and little shops. It is our Home away from Home when we are in Seychelles. We will return…

The apar**ent was extremely clean and well equipped. The garden was a delight with access on to a private cove. Perfect location - short walk onto Beau Vallon beach, a minute walk to a mini-market and a bus stop right outside the gate. All staff were welcoming with a cheerful and friendly attitude. We had an 11 night stay and had an amazing time. The property is set in a beautiful location, with a nice beach cove directly in front. We spent a lot of time on the beach there as was so secluded and nice clear waters. Lovely gardens surrounded the property, including 2 giant tortoises who we enjoyed visiting and feeding fruit. The property is set in a quiet location in Bel Ombre, through a short cut, about 5 minutes walk to the main beach at Beau Vallon. There is a mini market around the corner for essentials and a bus stop at the entrance to the property. The property is a short walk to restaurants and a short bus ride to Victoria. The staff were amazing and communication was great. Katrina dealt with my booking and gave me all the information about the property and answered any questions quickly. My flight got changed from morning to night and I was offered a free late check out , until I left for the airport, which was a huge relief and much appreciated. From the minute we arrived, we felt welcome. The accomodation provided airport transfers and both were lovely guys. Also arranged transport to and from the jetty to visit La Digue. Mr Soleil welcomed us as we arrived and is such a lovely man. He honestly could not be any more helpful, he gave us so much useful information and marked on a map all the places we should visit. We hired a car, so were able to visit all the places he mapped out. The accomodation also provided free parking. He was so kind and always made conversation when he saw us. There was also Jane in the reception, who was a lovely lady. Always willing to help. Honestly, nothing is too much trouble, they will always try to help. Credit also to the cleaning girls and the night security. All so friendly. Big thanks as well to Max, the gardener and handy man. He literally made our stay feel like a home away from home. By the end of the stay, he felt like family. We had so much fun talking with him and he always had a big smile on his face. The accomodation also work with a local take away, Creole infusion. The menu is in the room, reasonable prices and they will deliver. But it is self catering and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals. The apar**ent itself, is spotlessly clean and spacious, regularly cleaned. It was so nice waking up to the views of the garden and the ocean in front. It was our first time in Seychelles and our stay at this place, definitely makes us want to come back again one day. If you are considering staying at Beach Cottages, then please do not hesitate, book it now. Also communicate with the staff as from experience, they will do their best to help and accomodate and requests. Thank you for making our stay so amazing and an unforgettable experience.
