The room was a lot smaller and very different than it looked in the pictures but it was clean. We had a double bed with twin bunk beds for 3 of us. The breakfast buffet and the staff were excellent. The area that the hotel was in had plenty of nice shops and restaurants in walkable distance.

Excellent location! in a nice area close to shops. Staff was very friendly, specially with our two younger kids who felt very happy to be welcomed with gifts. Complementary tea was very nice!

Really good place, staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is clean but it does need some renovation. Great location as well, lots of shops near walking distance. Would recommend.

The front desk staff was very nice and our room was clean and comfortable. It was so perfect because we were able to comfortably accommodate my family in 4 twins. I was slightly disappointed in the lobby area—the pictures were better. Also the hotel hallways are run down.

The only thing we saw, is the bathtub door, I think it should be wider so the water does not flood the whole bathroom, it can be very dangerous when going out of the bathtub, any slip or so

This property is far from a four stars hotel. Staff is super friendly and provides great customer service, but the facilities and conditions of common areas and rooms are like a two stars hotel. Needs to bring up conditions of amenities and furniture in the rooms.

Hotel is perfectly located, personal are are always willing to help they are incredible. Rooms are ok in size y my room the air conditioned didnt work well but they only really bad thing is that the bathrooms have NO PRIVACY AT ALL THEY ARE TERRIBLE DISEGNED
