Just arrived here with my 88 year old mom. Nobody helped to carry our 2 suitcases to the room on 5 th floor. They are also ignoring any request to provide room with 2 separate beds. When we enter the room 2 beds were standing together . Probably they wanted me to move them apart by ourselves! Thanks for your outstanding services for 2 ladies one of which almost 90 years old!😡😡😡

We stayed at Aparthotel Rosales for 11 nights, starting on April 27 until May 8th, 2023. The room we got was large, well equipped, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - close to a Metro station (Arguilles), several bus lines, bars, shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and polite and assisted us whenever we needed it.

Hotel antiguo pero correcto buenas habitaciones, buena ubicación y mal parking yo no lo mentira si es un coche grande. Aparte el recepciónista lo ponía yo en la escuela de turismo unos dias a ver si aprendía a tratar a la gente. La cara de los hoteles son las personas puestero no lo ha debido entender. sino fuera por el trato seria perfecto para Madrid

el hotel habitaciones y servicios bastante bien relacional calidad precio sin ser una maravilla, ahora no esperes la mejor sonrisa del mundo al llegar, les sobra gente para que cuidarlos es que no te preguntan ni de donde vienes para que eres un numero mas, les sobra gente en Madrid. Ahora mismo zona complicada si tienes que coger un taxi porque esta Ferraz cerca con las manifestaciones, tienes un parking enfrente porque el del hotel ya solo con ver la entrada te tira para atrás no solo es estrecho es que ademas no hay ascensor.

Me encantó la amplitud, la decoración, la comodidad, la preciosa cafetería y lo bien situado que está. Está previsto de cafetera, vitrocerámica, nevera y microondas si quieres cocinar algo. El baño con ducha y bañera independientes.

Hotel ottimo in relazione a qualità - prezzo. Struttura ben fatta. Gentilissimo il personale della reception e sempre disponibile . Posizionato a 2 passi della metro Aguierre e ad una piacevole passeggiata fino in centro ( 12 minuti). Grazie della stanza 704

Hotel algo anticuado, especialmente la recepción y los pasillos. La situación es buena y la habitación está bastante bien, teniendo en cuenta el precio. Muy silenciosa porque daba a un patio. Hacía mucho calor en la habitación al llegar porque el AC estaba apagado. Habiendo comunicado previamente la hora de llegada habría sido un detalle conectarlo un poco antes. Probablemente es mucho pedir para un ***. En el minibar solo hay agua. Recepción correcta, aunque no me dio la clave del WIFI. Suficiente para pasar una noche por un precio asequible.
