Room is good, overall it worth the price we paid. Found edges of cabinet were sticky, but not something serious. Staff are polite and helpful, but it took more than 20 minutes to deliver us the things we need, asked for vacuum service but took quite long then we called again for it. Our girl was eating egg rolls and it's all over the floor, so the cleaning was something extra we asked for. Baby's amenities were provided for our 2cy/o, just the baby crib we needed to call again for it. After all, the hotel was kind enough to give us a birthday cake for our celebration and offered late check out to us. Thank you. Breakfast buffet was great, with many varieties, Chinese, western, hot, cold, etc. We tried the Andaz Bar too and the drinks there are pretty good too, nice place for friends catchup or business chat.

1. At the time of check-in, I requested a room that was NOT located at the end of the hall, and I got one there! 2. It is very hard to get a taxi, and I needed to ask the concierge to call a taxi each time I needed to go out. 3. The door of the shower closet cannot be closed tightly, leaving a one-cm gap that let water seep out during a shower. 4. The USB charging outlet next to the desk did not work at all. The USB hub on the bedside table was obscure, and I only noticed it when I was about to check out. 5. The electrically operated drapery did not function properly. I needed to pull the curtain slightly before they started to close.

She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our visit. One of the lovely surprises during our stay was the thoughtful thank-you card and a little gift for my bambino. It was such a heartwarming gesture that made us feel special and appreciated, adding a personal touch that we will always remember. We also indulged in the afternoon tea service in our room, which was set up beautifully. The atmosphere was both nice and romantic, creating the perfect backdrop for our tea time. The staff who organized this were incredibly thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was just right. The room itself was a haven of comfort. It was not only beautifully appointed, but the view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to such stunning scenery in the morning was a highlight of our stay. Lastly, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It is within walking distance of local restaurants and parks, making it easy for us to explore the area and find fun activities for our child to enjoy. However, the only downside I noticed was that some of the cutlery, specifically the knives and forks, seemed a bit old and worn out. While the overall dining experience was delightful, a refresh of these items could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, my stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Macau was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience. We stayed during Easter long weekend. Did we expect it to be busy? Yes. Were there lots of people? Yes. We checked in early 2pm with the reception, and insisting a room would be ready within the next 2 hours (1 hour after the 3pm check-in time). We did not receive a text informing us of our room number so we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready only to find out that we had to join the massively long line queue again to find out what our room number was. We did not receive our room until almost 5pm. The text informing us of our room number was only received at 8.11pm To top it off, if you wanted to eat breakfast at Le Buffet, join the queue at 9am. In addition to this, I am not sure the toilet and other areas of our room were not cleaned properly. Just not the quality and service I was expecting for paying close to $600AUD per night. I am not sure we would stay here again.

We love this hotel and it’s our second time that we stayed here because of its location and friendliness of their staffs. And we have a surprise upgraded to master suite from diamond suite. The room contains a kitchen, living room and two bath rooms. Once again we like to thanks the hotel Staff especially Miguel and Dennis at the front desk. Both were very helpful, their warm welcome and sincere friendliness set the tone for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back when we return to Macau.

I really like this hotel: nice room, delicious breakfast, close to the Ruins of St.Paul's and shopping district. Also nice staff, always smiling and willing to help you, especially Ryan (hope I wrote your name right 👍), who helped many guests (I saw he helped a nice couple and old lady with their problems ). Also we had a nice chat at the bar, when I ordered the chocolate menu.

Hotel is near Macau Outer ferry terminal and just opposite Sands hotel, can take shuttle bus to a lot of attractions (Taipa area, boarder gate) at Sands hotel lobby, typical Portuguese style, suite room nice renovated and very spacious with nice harbour view, enjoy the stay very much.

The room was as described. However, the check in wasn’t very smooth. We booked the room two days before going, and the hotel said they haven’t received the order from trip‘s partner party, so we waited for half an hour or more until the hotel confirmed with Trip.com. Fortunately the assistant in Trip was polite and helpful and agreed to make some reimbursement with trip coins.

Situated just across the road, opposite Macau International Airport, this hotel is easily accessible to the various tourist attractions and casino by the complimentary shuttle bus services. The hotel is also linked to the LRT, with offers breath-taking scenic and picturesque views when you travel from Airport station to Barra.
