Mattress was quite hard,which may not be comfortable for everyone. Other services were decent and met expectations.

Clean, upgraded to suite, great city view. Check in and check out can be long. Near eateries and taxi stand in front of hotel.

It's a nice hotel, good location. I even got a upgrade on my booking which made me more happy with a big room space. Services for check-in & check out was fast. Remember must pay 1,000 deposit.

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. People at lobby were friendly and helpful, could speak English. Recommend this hotel.

All good! Bus station too close ath hotel. Room was clean. Dinner was tasty.

Good location near the historical centre to walk. Big nice room for affordable money. Nice pool on the 23 floor, but we had no time to try it. The breakfast is very poor, no vegatebles such as tomato and cucumber at breakfast. Absolutely same food for 2 days. No options for vegan.

Mid range hotel but worth its price. Downside was the aircon temperature did not change even after it was adjusted with the remote

Located just two or three bus stops away from Macao Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, took bus no. 3 and arrived quickly at hotel. Very well decorated reception hall and well maintained room. Our suite was very spacious with one living room, one toilet in the living room, one bedroom with two beds, one bathroom with bathing area & bathtub and TVs with a well maintained fridge! Just down the hotel have eateries around and also a bus stop as well as taxi stand! Very well located and value for money hotel. Behind the hotel (Oriental Gate) have bus stop to catch a bus to Ruins of St. Paul’s! If you walk down the hotel towards the direction of Sands Hotel Macao, there are free coaches to go to all the major casinos and shopping malls!

Friendly staff! Convenient location, walking distance to casino, and some attractions.

Reached hotel at 2.30pm and there was a long line to check in. I was upgraded to a Executive king room which was big and nice. There is a separate shower from the bath tub. Location is ok with some restaurants near by.

Very good service  Neat and clean room really my family love it to stay there. Breakfast was good.
