Ulasan Hôtel Provinces Opéra - Vacances Bleues

Hotel ini dekat dengan area dengan layanan: toko roti, supermarket, apotek, restoran, kereta bawah tanah dekat. Fasilitasnya bagus Kamar berkarpet luas, lampu redup walaupun ada jendela ke luar, cermin dinding, TV SmartTV tapi tidak bisa connect ke Netflix atau sejenisnya, salurannya sedikit dan semuanya dalam bahasa Perancis. Tempat tidurnya sangat nyaman dan memiliki dua buah bantal dengan ketebalan berbeda, juga terdapat meja dengan kursi dan bangku, terdapat lemari berlaci dengan brankas. Kamar mandi dengan shower tray luas dan memiliki sabun, krim pelembab, pengering rambut, dan cermin pembesar. Sarapan prasmanan agak terbatas: sosis/telur, roti/croissant/mini crepes, selai/mentega/Nutella, potongan daging dingin: keju dan pepperoni, dan buah: kiwi dan jeruk, jus jeruk, dan berbagai kopi. Sebagai rasa penasaran, mereka hanya memberi Anda piring kecil dan cangkir. Setiap hari mereka menyediakan sarapan yang sama Perlu diingat, mereka memiliki area untuk meninggalkan koper jika Anda ingin berjalan-jalan sebelum pergi ke bandara, sebenarnya itu sangat baik untuk kami! Kamarnya tidak besar tapi sangat bersih dan fasilitasnya lengkap, juga ada ketel air panas yang tidak umum di Paris. Transportasinya sangat nyaman, tidak jauh dari Opera House, dan dibutuhkan 20 menit berjalan kaki ke Pompidou.

Hygiene is poor.   There’s pee on toilet seat when I arrived.  three cleaning ladies came in and act that’s not a problem.  They use a towel to wipe the seat and then using the same towel keep wiping other area in the washroom. Extremely disgusting.   And the room is full of dust.  Had nasal allergy and swollen eyes once I arrived in the room. USD 200 per night. Huge disappointment.  Front desk lady was very nice though

Everything is great in general. It is clearer than I expected. The staff is nice, the location is great, close to Metro and a lot of nice restaurants around. The only thing that I’m not happy is how they keep the clients’ luggages. They don’t use the luggage tag system, they keep all the luggages in a room that only be able to open by the staff. Which means there’s a bug that different clients can reach out to your luggages if they want, and the strangers on the street can get into the room as well when they ask for it, as the staff can’t memorize all the clients.  I have question about it, their feedback is that they have CCTV in the room, it is safe. I want to point out that, CCTV doesn’t prevent people stealing in this case, we are all travelers, if someone stole my stuff, I would still need to fly out, nothing much I can do.  The hotel should do something about this for safety matters.  Our luggages was fine, but the arrangement can be improved.

My suitcase tag was broken and my items stolen from right inside the storage room just behind the reception. Unbelievable. Now I am going to reconsider the hotels I get from trip.com on my next trip cos I am still in great shock.

Booked for 1 person that mean I’m sleep one person just have 1 friend come to meet me and use toilet because raining but staff said can’t and room very small

the hotel was kind of far from the station, so if you’re carrying a big or heavy suit case, it might be troublesome. also be cautious of some exits from the station because there’s no elevator and there’s just one or two exits that has an escalator. also keep in mind that underground stations mostly have only stairs so you must have to carry your luggage going up/down stairs. the hotel staffs were all so lovely, the breakfast food tastes really good too, and the room is quite compact but provides things just what you might want.

Not the greatest neighborhood in Paris, but the hotel definitely deserves a praise for the cleanliness, and helpful staff.
