Ulasan Ka Laʻi Waikiki Beach, LXR Hotels & Resorts

Consider it a happy little accident. I had missed my flight home because of the Pearl Harbor Memorial Day Parade and was stuck an extra day on Oahu. I looked to see what was the cheapest hotel room available and the Ka La’i popped up which surprised me. Booked the room quick because the Honolulu Marathon was the following day and almost every hotel was sold out. I got an ocean view suite with a King bed as my room and loved it. Bathroom was amazing, bed was super comfortable and overall the suite was spacious. Although it had a kitchen it didn’t have a dedicated dining table, even a small one. Only thing in the sitting area was a glass coffee table that was long enough for my needs of just a late night pizza dinner. Staff was helpful and even as I was checking out, I casually asked if I could tour the Penthouse suite because I had always wanted to book it. The 2 front desk workers escorted me to the Penthouse and gave me a little tour. It was impressive. Definitely would stay there again soon.

Great hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Terrace pool was lovely for relaxing and the gym was always clean and tidy.

- The hotel's location and surroundings are very good, such as location and access to the beach - Good daily room cleanliness. - Breakfast is provided, but the billed cost is considerable, so it is recommended to solve it outside other than once or twice. -Valet parking and kindness were very good. - When booking the hotel, it was announced that it was a trip to celebrate the 35th wedding anniversary, but there was no congratulatory message or consideration at all.

本來是看了台灣Kevin老師推薦，但是我不知道他酒店是換了管理還是怎麼樣，我們帶着小孩子和長者連住了七天，首先地理位置不錯，但是旁邊也不是直接靠近大海要走一下。其次從check in 就開始刁難我們，我們12點多到了，他非説房間沒好，除非我多付250多刀每天就可以立刻入住。所以我們就選擇了先等待，結果等到兩點寶寶們有時差不太舒服，我就説那給你小費可以提前入住了嗎，其實已經2點多了，他這才同意我們入住。然後就是最可怕的早餐問題。我在攜程是選的含早餐了，結果到了以後每天遞給我一個賬單讓我簽字，我説不太明白也沒人給我解釋。我就給攜程打電話，也得不到好的回覆。然後到第三天那個inyo cafe 負責領人進去的黑皮女服務員就開始對我們翻白眼了，衹因為孩子沒聽懂英語提前進去了一下，到第四天我跟她説話她就翻白眼也不理我，導致我投訴到他們前台，因為我會講日語，我跟一個日本人前台完整的溝通了。但是酒店方面一個道歉都沒有。後面幾天我們不想讓她再噁心我們，就沒有下去，結果跟他們説把我們含的早餐幫我送兩樣上來。他們就認為我們這叫單點客房服務。真是無語。而且那個早餐廳食物相當單一，還偶爾有颱風，食物裏全是灰塵。唉，希望你們選擇的時候慎重吧，或者不去吃他們早餐就還好。

역시 와이키키 앞에 있는 호텔이라 필요한 시설이 호텔 내에 있었습니다. 주방과 깨끗한 식기들, 룸메이커들은 자주 방문하여 믈을 채워주었습니다. 최고였어요!

還是非常不錯的酒店，每天都會清潔房間。 提前溝通，提供了嬰兒圍欄，嬰兒床，嬰兒推車，嬰兒洗漱用品，送了魔鬼魚玩偶，還有生日蛋糕。 廚房設備齊全的驚人，甚至有蒸鍋和吐司機，也有燒水壺，各種鍋碗瓢盆，洗碗液。 我們就去玩時候等車，一樓還會給我送幾瓶礦泉水。 酒店自己的泳池可以忽略不計，但是距離沙灘很近，走路一會兒就可以到wakiki主街，出行挺方便的。

服務、位置、酒店設施都很棒，每天冰箱會放兩大瓶水，還有廚房，餐具非常的周到和方便 出門走路五分鐘左右就是購物街，超多品牌，包括愛馬仕、HW、香奈兒、克羅心等等 洗漱用品是超喜歡的byredo，贊👍 下次去的話還會選擇LXR

房間寬敞乾淨、床品質量很好、廚房設施用品齊全、服務員態度好、周邊環境優美安靜、附近購物餐飲方便、會推薦家人朋友

ハネムーンと息子の誕生日を兼ねて予約しました。キッチンがありタオルも多く用意していただいており快適でした。ハネムーン用のワインや息子用のケーキも頂きました。ありがとうございます。感謝です。

服務非常到位 餐廳也不錯 總體體驗非常好 預訂過程出了一點差錯但最後還是住到了海景大床房 離luxury row很近 逛街吃飯啥的都很方便 最後推薦一下一定要去吃Island Vintage Coffee 無敵
