"Great location, just a few minutes from Waikiki Beach. We booked an ocean view room, which was beautiful, and the view wasn't obstructed by the parking lot. The balcony was lovely, very relaxing to sit there, eat, and enjoy the ocean view. The best part was that even though I'm not a member, they gave me my room at 12 PM, which was incredibly thoughtful. The Asian cleaning lady was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic every time she saw us. We didn't leave a big tip, but she still thanked us repeatedly and even offered us coffee. Beach towels can be picked up and returned by scanning your room card. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the first floor, opening at 6 AM."

"I booked an Oceanfront view room on a high floor. We arrived at the hotel around noon, and an Asian gentleman at the front desk assigned us room 59 on the 30th floor+ right away, without making us wait until 3 PM. He gave us the key cards directly so we could go upstairs. The location is truly impeccable, with an unbeatable ocean view overlooking the entire Waikiki Beach. The room itself is very spacious, with two queen-sized beds. Feeling a bit tired after the flight, I lay down and slept for a while. The mattress was very comfortable, just the right firmness for me. The soundproofing in the hotel is also excellent; there was no noise at night, only the sound of the ocean waves. The ground floor of the hotel is a commercial complex with an ABC store, restaurants, and cafes. Waikiki Beach is just across the street, and it's also within walking distance to the Royal Hawaiian Center shopping area and bus stops. If you don't mind slightly older facilities and a mediocre breakfast, you should definitely consider this hotel."

"Located on the opposite side of the street from the Prince Hotel, it is not a place where you can easily go to Waikiki Beach, but on the other hand, Ala Moana is less than a 10 minute walk away. I think it's safer to send an email to the hotel in advance saying you'd like to park rather than going to the hotel on the day, but it's a hassle and even if you're told it's full, you'll be directed to a nearby parking lot. , I don't have any trouble with that, so I think you can rest assured. If you don't care about the view or the ocean front, I think it can be an option as the price can be kept down."

"Great location just a couple minutes walk to the beach. Generally good experience although the property is slightly worn and food options, while okay, were limited. Biggest problem was the WiFi. It was very erratic, dropping out repeatedly which was frustrating and annoying. I was told they had just upgraded the Wi-Fi but it was one of the poorer major hotel chain Wi-Fi connections I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. It was also slightly irritating that they couldn’t extend my checkout, even for 1/2 hour without charging me a half day room rate."
