We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience. First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level. I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure. A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised. Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great location walking diatance to beach and better shopping stores and restaurants! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay! 🌴 The staff was very welcoming, and everything was perfectly arranged. The infinity pool with an ocean view was absolutely stunning, and the live music in the evening created such a magical vibe. A wonderful place to relax everything was just perfect! 💫

Pokoknya kamarnya sangat kecil, dekorasinya ketinggalan jaman, fasilitasnya sangat sedikit, botol air gratis saat Anda check-in, bantal keras, tidak ada stasiun pencetakan untuk tamu, tidak ada transportasi hotel atau toilet antar-jemput yang beroperasi sepanjang malam, kamar mandinya kotor, kamar mandi kecil dengan sangat tekanan air rendah satu-satunya hal yang saya nikmati tentang saya tinggal adalah kamar depan laut saya. Saya tinggal di teras sebagian besar waktu kami berada di dalam kamar kami. Pemandangannya dibuat untuk kamar/hotel yang mengerikan. Saya tidak akan pernah menginap di sana lagi ketika melakukan pencarian, saya terus mengatakan bahwa itu adalah satu-satunya hotel yang memiliki tepi laut, jadi berhati-hatilah saat memesan perjalanan Anda ke Hawaii karena itu tidak benar!

建物、エレベーターなど元々の設備は古いです。部分的にリニューアルしてるようなので、それほど不便は無いです。フロントは英語のみですが、こちらの意思を伝えると丁寧に対応してくれました。清掃など従業員の方も親切です。
