SSevost13We stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 4. Overall, the staff was polite and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided — which we appreciated. However, several issues significantly affected our experience.
First, the accessible bathroom we specifically booked did not match the photos. There was no handheld shower head, which was important for us. Second, the mirror in the hallway was noticeably dirty upon arrival, with visible streaks from a wet cloth — quite unpleasant for a hotel of this level.
I also reported that the faucet in the sink splashed water everywhere, soaking the countertop and the floor. I was told the issue would be checked, but nothing was fixed throughout our stay. The two-faucet system used to regulate water in the bathroom was also very inconvenient, and we consistently had problems with unstable hot water pressure.
A separate major issue was the parking. I prepaid and reserved parking for 5 days, but on the second evening all the spots were already taken, and I was simply instructed to park in a different building nearby. This was extremely inconvenient — having to carry things from the 3rd floor of another parking structure and waste additional time. It turned out that even if you pay in advance, your parking spot is not guaranteed — anyone from outside can take it. So you pay, but end up without the service you were promised.
Overall, the staff tried to provide good service, but the organizational issues, maintenance problems, and poorly managed parking system seriously reduced our comfort. Unfortunately, after this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

PPengguna AnonimThe room was gorgeous and very stylish. However, the hotel itself was very average. There was no hot tub and only one event during our entire stay. The hotel is located a bit a ways from downtown Waikiki so we ended up having to Uber as there wasn’t a ton within walking distance of the hotel to enjoy. They also began doing construction across the street our last day at 4 AM so we were unfortunately woken up by this on top of the daily rooster the decided to Crow each and every morning at around 5 AM. All in all the rooms were great, and the staff were friendly, but there isn’t enough to keep you at the hotel and entertained. The food at the new restaurant was also not good at all causing us to have to venture away from the hotel to find food, even if we just wanted a snack.

NNoskovStayed one night since I was visiting Oahu to eat at some new restaurants. The price was budget friendly and the location was perfect since it’s right across the street from the International Marketplace.
Room was clean and spacious but it was because I got the ADA one. Only complaint about the room was the sound of an ice machine or some kind of faucet every so often by the headboard of the bed. There must be something across the wall from it since it is a corner room and no adjacent neighboring rooms.
Overall though I would go back largely for the location. The hallways are a bit trippy if not creepy in a cool way.

TTamuL’emplacement est idéal, très pratique et bien situé. La vue était magnifique, offrant un cadre vraiment agréable et relaxant. Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel très professionnel et attentionné. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation !

BBeachbuoynzThe hotel has over the last couple of years been refurbished by new owners. The pool area is now better maintained and has dedicated staff who are present at all times. The pool is large snd nicely situated. The point of difference is the shade provided by numerous umbrellas and some shade trees. There is also bar and food service to your deckchair. The rooms are midsized suitable for two people and have a good sized lanai. Beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. Bathroom is compact with shower over bath. Room lighting is dimmable and kettle available upon request. A safe is provided. A criticism would be the small fridge, 6 cans, a milk and a couple of yoghurts is about it. This is the best budget end hotel in Waikiki but budget still unfortunately isn't cheap these days. Overall an enjoyable stay with pool crew being the icing on the cake.

灿灿雄The hotel is 1 block away from the beach. Everything was accessible by walk. Room was clean and big enough. I stayed partial ocean view room and it was pleasant to watch Diamond Head and Sunset from the room. We stayed 4 nights but there was no house keeping service during our stay. But we could ask extra towels and toiletries when needed. Good value for money. I recommend.
