Great service and rep sent my request to fix some minor problems quickly

A great value hotel 5 mins walk from Taipei Main Station (Taoyuan Airport train) via Exit 3. Hotel has thoughtful amenities like storage lockers, a pantry containing microwave, coffee and hot water machines, and dining space. Laundry avail at B1 too. Friendly and helpful staff who printed our boarding passes for us. Clean and compact room,with toilet bidet and free snacks with bottled water, tea/coffee. Some improvements needed: water leakage from gap in shower door, wetting bathroom floor. Hanger rack in awkward location above pantry instead of on wall above luggage rack.(see pic)Hanging jackets or clothes may obstruct when boiling water or making beverages. TV doesn't seem to work. WiFi works on one device but another could not log on to the room network. We only stayed for 2 nights and were out most of the time but it may bother those who stay longer.

Bed dirty things no change new, the card can scan the door at first need to go back to reception to read the card again. Requested to change bed in first time and the reception said ok but no one come to change and second time call they said they didn't receive any requests

Great location! Within walking distance to Taipei Main Station as well as the famous Xi Meng Ting

Booked a small room for single occupancy for a night. It was great and I really enjoyed the stay. The room was cozy and super clean. It had all you need for a relaxing holiday stay. The hotel staff were helpful, patient and they always smile. 😃

Friendly and approachable staff. 2min walk 地下, very convenient. Free flow coffee machine and tea bag at the pantry. Good breakfast thou is cold when we collect it, but can always make it hot using the microwave

it is located at the heart of Taipei. the room are clean and stocked with all t he necessary amenities. the staff are very friendly and helpful

Hotel is quite a walk away from the nearest train station (I have stayed at hotels nearer to train stations) but it is still manageable. Hotel staff went the extra mile to get us a steamer when they did not provide iron and ironing board. Clean and cozy place, will stay again if in Taipei.

位置方便，鄰近機捷台北站及地下街z10出口。週邊有恨食店。房閒的大小合理。淋浴室水壓充足，毛巾和床鋪都很清潔。旅店的床祴枕頭過軟身。

台北駅前で便利でした。部屋の清掃が3泊だとなかったけど、タオルの交換は依頼すると交換してもらえた。お水のペットボトルは最初だけだったけど、共用エリアにウォーターマシーンやコーヒーマシーンもあるから特に不便なこともなかった
