The room was dirty. The staff didn't care about everything we asked for. Breakfast was poor and too crowded. This hotel should have 1 star

So close to the sea! Safe area. Feels more like an apartment than a hotel room

For the price paid, the value is exceptional. The location is safe, 5 metres from the beach (about as close as a hotel can get) and a few minutes walk from supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities. The breakfast as is always the case with Rede Andrade hotels is varied and sizable. This hotel branch is much nicer than two others I stayed at in Salvador with a comfortable lobby area and outside seating courtyard. Though my room was misrepresented as "an apartment" when it is a normal room, I was fine with it given the low price paid. I had a sea view and the room contained the necessary features, i.e. fridge, TV, hot shower, ac, and towels/soaps. The WiFi was terrible though with no signal at all in the room. Aside from the latter, everything was great as were the staff. Would recommend 100%

Passei por três hotéis da rede , mas sem dúvida o da castanheira (rua)foi o melhor, atendimento, limpeza ,copa , recepção muito atenciosos !!!!!!

Bem localizado, limpo e organizado. A TV aberta não tem sinal, não há TV a cabo.

Os quartos já precisam de manutenção, nos móveis, portas e janelas. Estão antigo e com cheiro de mofo.
