Very nice hotel the spa is great.. Casino in the hotel and everything you need

The hotel is clean and nice. BUT, there were multiple things that we really got disappointed with: 1. The indoor pool was closed during the whole stay without any notice before. 2. Some prices in the pool bar menu were different from the prices we were actually charged for. (And I'm not talking about the service charge) 3. We've been charged for an extra WIFI package where we never purchased, and this wasn't mentioned during the checkout.

Good hotel batumi

Great hotel, good rooms, good service, and delicious food in the restaurant. Ana, the girl at the front desk, is pretty and enthusiastic. She answered all questions. The hotel room card gives you free pass to the museum. There is a curly-haired guy at the front desk named Rajdany who explained this to me enthusiastically. Everyone is very enthusiastic. I didn't eat breakfast here because I heard that the breakfast in the nearby restaurant is delicious, so I went to another restaurant. But if everyone's room doesn't include breakfast, you can also buy one here for an additional 17 dollars.

The room is big and nice. The location is OK. Batumi itself is not very big.

The sanitation is terrible, the bathroom smells like urine! The surroundings are too messy and noisy, and the sound insulation of the room and glass is too poor! It is too noisy to sleep at night. The hotel hired a chartered car to go to Tbilisi, the car is too old, the driver is too old, he looks 60+ years old! The tire burst halfway! We were scared to death with three children! We took another taxi to Tbilisi Airport! We left at 12 o'clock and arrived at the airport at 8:30 in the evening! This is the first time I write a hotel review! The experience is really bad
