We had a good stay at Riviera Hotel Macau. The location is good, it’s quiet. Had a great view of the Macau Tower and walking distance to Our Lady of Penha church. The room was clean and have all the basic nessesities for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed there for 6 nights and 6 days. they served same breakfast everyday. We didn’t mind at first but overtime, we started to crave variety. Eating the same thing everyday can become monotonous, even if it’s delicious. If would be nicer if they could serve breakfast with different dishes every other days. Overall, we had a good stay.

It is more of a business hotel rather than Macao 5* hotel style. After staying at the Venetian and Studio City, Sofitel was a bit of a let down. PROs: - amazing customer service provided by every single member of staff. I did not have any special requests, they were just perfect without me asking for it - extremely comfortable bed and pillows - excellent buffet lunch - nice pool area CONs: - the rooms are 4 star, a little sad and outdated - the bathrooms are 3 star, very old and disappointing. They must be refurbished asap (even just changing the shower glass and bath glass wall to a modern smoky glass to match the basin, changing the lamp heads to something more modern, and make the overall aesthetic dark and moody, and better shower heads would be a quick fix) - the cleaning standards are not up to par (see photos, not acceptable for a 5* hotel)

We were satisfied with our stay at the hotel. Everything was fine. People at lobby were friendly and helpful, could speak English. Recommend this hotel.

It was so nice. Very clean and always help if need something. And big, beautiful room. We couldn’t have time in a SPA, because this time was closed. But it was not big problem. And they have complimentary for birthday. They made a free dinner and cake

The Hotel has a good location , we got a jockey club facing room which was excellent. It’s a 5-7 minutes cab ride from Venetian. The room was very good and had all basic room necessities, washroom was excellent with separated sections. The staff was kind enough to give us balcony room upgrade. The breakfast was decent, had fewer options compared to my other stays at similar hotels, but the staff in the restaurant was very good and us being restricted on the kind of meat we can eat, they without even asking offered us alternate options that were quickly made in the kitchen and served.

My stay at Studio City Hotel, Macau was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable—truly some of the best service I’ve experienced! The hotel itself is stunning, with a luxurious and modern design that creates an exciting yet comfortable atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Macau. The facilities were top-tier, with fantastic dining options, entertainment, and even a resort-style pool. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to access major attractions and casinos. Overall, Studio City Hotel delivers a world-class experience with outstanding service. The service of this hotel is excellent! The staff, 陳卓立, who was a friendly and help person, introduced good recommendations for us to consider our meals. His helping hand and service we're really appreciated. This hotel equipped with a warm water swimming pool that is open fir all seasons. The staff, 梁婷婷, was informative and always ready to serve with beautiful smile. Surprisingly, fruit water and fresh grapes were served to the swimmers by their staff. The overall experience during this trip was excellent!

Got a double single bed room. Was very big. Every was good. Best part was I get to choose the firmness of my pillows within the room. The only disappointment was the so called international breakfast seems to have mainly Chinese food. Also, to maintain the Holiday Inn standard, probably should get rid of the stains around the bath tub/bath area.

Visited the venetian and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel was beautiful and room was big. Downside was I was given a room on a floor that was going through upgrading works and the smell of fresh paint was overbearing and lingered in the air throughout my stay giving me a bad headache. Thankfully I was not staying for long. Other than that, room was clean and housekeeping made up room ans replenished amenities daily. Casino is just downstairs and there are many eateries and in room dining available. Unfortunately, food is very expensive and wasn't really tasty. There is shuttle service from the airport to the hotel for free.
