Great stay with family for a few days. Service was excellent and the staff where amazing. Shout out to Mohit Bali who was a star. Very central location with great links to London. Very good location for going to wicked. Rooms where spotless and bar was lovely.

What a lovely hotel and staff, Mohit and his team are fantastic. The hotel location is great if your planning to see Wicked and Victoria station is around 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is clean and tidy and rooms well maintained. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them

Location is amazing. Close to all amenities. Hotel is very clean and comfortable and nothing is too much for the staff. Mohit and Nardos were extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. We traveled with children and they ensured they had everything we needed.

The hotel was a great location and the staff where brilliant really looked after by Mohit bali and rest of the team who really went above and beyond and where great entertainment to the kids nothing was to much of a hassle for them great hotel!!

Really friendly reception and perfectly fine hotel with a lovely breakfast. It location was prefect for me but I imagine it would be perfect for anyone being right in the heart of London. make sure you register your car on TfL to avoid a ULEZ fine. The parking at Victoria station is absolutely fine and was only £32 and only a 3 minute walk

Convenient location. 5th floor great. Restaurant meals are good. It may not be Bali, but breakfast is more than adequate. Ale Pie and Onion rings grest. The hospitality person, Larisa, is really good in the restaurant. The bar has plenty to offer and even coffee ☕️

For a wheelchair user the room size was brilliant. The wet room size was brilliant. The in-house restaurant food was delicious and great value. Good sized portions and a drink included. Breakfast as always the best. And our room had a coffee pod machine, so I could have a real coffee when ever.
