Loved the z hotel Holborn staff were excellent and helpful room was amazing and big enough for a family everything was at hand and brilliant location would definitely be back thank you

Right at the center London. Amazing location and good environment

Nos alojamos dos adultos y un niño de 14 en una habitación doble. La cama fue demasiado pequeña para tres y no nos dieron ninguna opción. El baño era para minusválidos y el suelo de la ducha era el mismo sin plato de ducha. La cama solo tenía un la termal libre y el otro encajado hacia la pared . Realmente hemos dormido un poco incómodos los tres … suerte que solo fue una noche !

Super bien placé dans Londres les chambres sont très petites mais bien aménagées Attention cependant à 2 points : - il n’a pas toujours de fenêtre mais pas gênant pour 3 jours - il n’a pas de penderie ou armoire juste 4 cintres Idéal pour un séjour cours type sac à dos

Fabulous! Just what we needed. Yes, the room was small but 5 star small! The complimentary tray provided for everyone, including oat milk, camomile tea, coffee bags, decaff coffee, hot chocolate and more! Spotlessly clean, bed and bedding great. Great shower and lovely towels. However, more importantly, the hospitality was amazing. We were staying there under difficult personal circumstances and were made to feel so welcome by everyone that it helped us to cope and relax a little. Huge thanks for the complimentary wine and cheese and the lovely man who served us, I should know his name! Sorry. And not least of all Kayleigh, so kind, so lovely, thank you x Hope to see you all again soon.

Good location. Amazing welcome, with a smile and all the needed information. Room on the 7th. floor had a "view" to the messy roof with all the air conditions etc. Very clean but tiny (anf a booked an relatively expensive double). Breakfast is good. Great for one night in town

I don’t normally bother writing reviews, however, I would like to say how much we enjoy our stay. We got to the hotel early and left our bags in the lobby as our room wasn’t ready, the nice man on reception put them in our room ready for when we came back, which was a nice surprise. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Mattress was a little hard. We had nice fresh towels both days. Hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly. Would recommend staying here if you’re on a budget.

Checked in today for a 1 night stay for a theatre break and had to leave the rooms were not fit for double occupancy and at £215 it’s totally unacceptable and beyond disappointing. Would never ever book a Z hotel in my life. Live and learn! We have had to rebook an alternative accommodation for the night and there was no way we could stay in that claustrophobic room for even an hour let alone a night.

Great hotel. Fantastic value for central London. Can't understand the reviews marking down for having small rooms. That's the whole Z Hotel concept!? Guess they didn't do any research before booking. Service on arrival and throughout was excellent. Rooms are fully equipped with comfy beds and good showers. We stayed on a Saturday which included free cheese, olives, bread and crackers and a glass of wine between 5-8. All tasty. Highly recommended.

Booked our queen room for overnight stop en route from Yorkshire to Paris. Wanted somewhere close to St Pancras and evening activity. Great value at £85 and whilst a small room it served its purpose extremely well. New decor with excellent air con and tea/coffee facilities. Would certainly stay again.

Room was small but comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast and the location is just what i was looking for. Staff was super friendly. A big thank you to Nico, the guy at the reception, so friendly yet so professional and helpful. I will come back on my next trip to London.

We love this hotel and have stayed here a couple of times before. The rooms are small but very clean & with everything you need eg tea, coffe, water, wifi, phone chargers etc. The location is fabulous and it is a 2 minute walk to the underground. We were down in London to support family who were running in the Landmarks half marathon and John, one of the managers went out of his way to make sure we all had a great time. He couldn’t do enough for us to help celebrate and this made it all the more special. Thank you John, Z Hotels are lucky to have you
