On arrival staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean just a little small but overall was very comfortable. Staff were on hand if I had any questions would definitely come back and stay again. Very good location.

It's fine but basic. The basement rooms are no frills and very functional. It's fine if you are here to sleep only.

The first hotel in London, very cost-effective. Facilities: hair dryer, air conditioning, toiletries are available, toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers need to be prepared by yourself Hygiene: the room is cleaned every 2 days, and you can tell the front desk if the towels need to be changed every day Environment: 2 minutes from the subway station, very convenient, there are many places to eat around, there are supermarkets, and there are coffee shops on the corners. It's a great place to buy something and have breakfast! Service: Luggage storage cannot be overnight, a bit regrettable

The location is good and the breakfast is great, but there are other breakfast shops at the door, you can try other ones. The cleanliness of the accommodation is also OK. I stayed there for several days and the experience was good 🙂

Convenient location, close to the British Museum, spacious rooms

Booking this hotel is a bit of a rip-off. I booked it a long time in advance, but found that the price was cheaper when I got there. I suggest that friends who travel abroad do not book hotels many days in advance.
