Friendly service. Great price for a decent location. Was quick to get to the park.

Tudo certo. Check-in e Check-out rápidos e simples. Muito próximo aos Parques da Universal e várias lojas e restaurantes. Limpeza e atendimentos OK, toalhas trocadas diariamente. Voltaria a reservar aqui.

房間很小，過敏體質者慎住，塵蟎味道非常重，房間也有股特殊的味道 設施：簡陋，吹風機一開就有一股燒電線的味道；連牙刷都沒有，和前台要也沒有； 環境：不按照攜程預訂的房間給安排，挨着電梯很吵； 服務：服務態度不認真，之前交涉用現金交按金，不同意，非要用信用卡交，然後未經允許多刷了一筆錢，發現之後交涉又説誤操作，目前在等它退回來，總之非常不滿意的一次住宿，再也不住這家旅店了

둘이서 숙박 기준. 디파짓 50불, 칙칙한 냄새 있음, 수영장 좋음 낮은곳부터 깊은곳까지 있음, 수건 넉넉함.

很不錯的地方，環境地理位置都很好，很安全，適合家庭出遊。給我們的房間正對着泳池，房間有點潮氣，別的都很好

紐約這個價格蠻好的，雖然不送瓶裝水，但位置很方便

離環球影城比較近，有車接駁，注意時間點

早餐豐富，房間乾淨，交通也很方便

未來期盼改善

I enjoyed the stay but I must say that I was disappointed by the behaviour of some of the staff. I asked to book a taxi one day, the person at reception didn't book a taxi but a private VIP transport without asking first. It costed me significantly more than it should have. Also it seems quite ironic that the hotel wouldn't lend me a knife to peel an apple, I had to peel it at the front desk with the receptionist watching for security reasons. Walkable distance from Universal, Few restaurant arounds. If you buy fruit make sure you buy a knife too.

This hotel was sweet! Can't get any closer to Universal. Universal aside, the location of this hotel is actually close to just about everything! Room was clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pool and Volcano Bay. Parking is a breeze and the 24 hour convenience store is very appreciated. The only complaint I have to give is that only 3 floors have ONE washer and ONE drier each. Unless you do your laundry at 7AM, good luck trying to do your laundry as those machines are always going to be used. Hotel needs a dedicated laundromat with multiple washers and driers.

We booked this room for price and also because it said it had a bar and restaurant. We were there for 3 nights and the bar was only open the last night, and there wasn’t a bartender, just a waitress making drinks. Service was terrible. At check in the staff was rude at front desk. At the concierge desk they tried to get us to listen to a time share presentation and we refused she got really rude and ignored us.

When we booked this hotel, it was rated at 8.6. Supposed to have a bar and a restaurant. The bar was never open. The only restaurant is Japanese, which is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The hotel is very old. The front desk person at check in was not helpful or very nice. We did enjoy the pool. The rooms are old. We stayed on a side where the door is open to the outside like an old hotel. Everything around this hotel is closed except an Applebee's. You must get an Uber or taxi to get anywhere. It is close to Universal Studios. I would never stay again.
