It is one of the best services in the world! The staff there was so nice, especially NAM! He has the nicest heart! I had lost my wallet on the car to this hotel, and this staff helped us contact the driver and help us get back the wallet, which contains over 17,000,000 VND! I was trying inf to call myself, but he offered help and even knocked on our hotel room door to ask if everything's ok! That was so nice of him! Also the beach was so good！ the room is good as well with great aircon and clean room!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so worth paying the extra for the beach front room. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. There was always a guard outside at the beach. It was close to the town and I was able to walk.

Resort is located in really great area to go to downtown and many restaurants. Also, there is private beach is in front of resort which is so calm and quite. We stayed in beach front room. Even if beach front is a bit more expensive than garden view, I highly recommend you book this room type as to it’s breathtaking view you will have

The staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel is well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. My room was clean and comfortable, although I did notice that the shower lacked a door, which might be worth considering for future improvements. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day, with plenty of choices to enjoy. The hotel's overall ambiance was relaxing, making it a perfect retreat for anyone looking to unwind.!

All the staff was great especially Nam who’s very helpful and answered all our questions. He even recommended us good food and where to eat. The room was clean and bright, and the room service was always on time. Aside of that a few walks from your room, you can view beautiful sun set. Buffet breakfast was ok but will be more happy if they could change their menu every 2 days. Overall our stay was very pleasant and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends. Last but not least, there’s a must-try dish when you come to Phu Quoc Island, Bun Quay. It’s a seafood bun (noodles) from Phu Quoc Island. The bonus is you can find a restaurant selling this noodle across the hotel (2min walk). The name of the restaurant is Kien Xay. Please go early as the shop is always crowded with tourists even locals also visit regularly.

I really liked the hotel! Luxurious green and well-kept territory. Moving around the hotel, you are almost always in the shade. Nice beach line, sun loungers are under large umbrellas and at the same time in the shade of palm trees. The entry into the sea is smooth. Perhaps, the beach of this hotel is the best in the area. The rooms are spacious and cozy. There are some small rough spots with the renovation, but you don’t notice them. But you pay attention to the interesting interior details, which gives the rooms a special charm. The staff is beyond praise! Very polite, courteous and always ready to help. I will be happy to recommend this hotel.

The sea view room we stayed in this time was amazing! The sea view in the room was amazing. You can see the magnificent sea by opening the window. The sun shines on the sparkling water, which is beautiful. The sap facilities are complete and the experience is super comfortable. A wonderful hotel in a great and convenient location. There are many cafes, restaurants and all sorts of shops around. There is a KinKong supermarket nearby. The territory of the hotel itself is very green and cozy. The beach is also great and clean. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. The staff is generally beyond praise. You feel like a welcome guest. The breakfasts are delicious. The pool is clean and pleasant. A room with a view of the beach is a special chic 😊👍 But it is better to take a balcony or terrace.
