Pelayanannya sangat baik, tetapi kamarnya jauh lebih kecil dari yang diharapkan dan kondisi sanitasi rata-rata. Agak tua, mungkin hotel bintang tiga di Cina. Lingkungan di luar baik-baik saja.

The openhouse is in a great location. It's only 100 metres to the beach and the delicious fish restaurants. The beach itself isn't very attractive, though, because it has a lot of rubbish. But that's not the openhouse's fault, of course. My room was on the first floor. It is very spacious and has a great balcony. The breakfast was fantastic. The spanish co-owner and his team made a lot of effort and were very obliging and friendly. I can recommend the openhouse!

Location is near the beach. Food there is good. The only problem is the door can only use key to lock from the inside, which may not that secure

The grounds are really quite amazing and the hotel has a great traditional Bali feel. Plenty special restaurants to enjoy around the hotel. What’s more, the hotel is really near to the airport, less than ten minutes driving from the airport. I arrived at the hotel in the midnight. The hotel staffs are helpful and friendly, and we are impressed.

離金巴蘭海灘步行衹要一分鐘，不過金巴蘭海灘沒有什麼特別哈，酒店很小很温馨，服務非常好，幫我安排了金巴蘭海灘的沖浪課程，早餐也很棒，不過價格有點小貴，我覺得心理價位大概500+

Hotel indah, sangat nyaman untuk keberangkatan dan kedatangan bandara. Dekat pantai, staf yang sangat ramah, restoran yang bagus untuk makan dan sarapan. Kolam renang yang indah dan taman yang menyenangkan. Kelemahan kecil untuk pijatan adalah terlalu dekat dengan kolam renang dan kebisingan.

The location was perfect. A minutes wak to the beach. Staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. Massages were less than 50 steps from our room. The food was delishimo. The rooms were clean. They offered complimentary straw hats to use to protect you from the sun. We got a complimentary check-out. That ws really the icing on the cake to end our holiday. We swam every day at the beach in the sea and swimming pool. Drank Bintang, cocktails and Coconut on the beach and at the Restaurant and bar. The sunsets were just spectacular. The food was yummy. We couldnt have asked for more.

Excellent location…wonderful food and beautiful friendly staff. Highly recommend. Nothing was too much bother…from refilling the water bottles and advice as to how to get around the area. I had a foot massage on the morning I left at the onsite Day/Spa. It was reasonably priced and was a wonderful way to end the perfect weekend.

We had a great stay at The Open House Bali Hotel, we were warmly welcomed, the staff are very kind and carried our luggages to the room. The hotel is very well located, just 2 minutes' walk from the beach. The room is clean and functional, it has air conditioning and a fan, a large terrace with chairs, a table, and a bench. In the hall there's a small closet and a safe box, there's a desk with a mini-fridge, the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean. In the bathroom, towels are provided, they give glass bottles of drinking water, hand soap which smells very well, shower gel, shampoo, a small hairdryer, A/C, The hotel has a swimming pool, they provide towels for the swimming pool, they have a good restaurant and a spa. You can relax on a sunbed at the swimming pool in a pleasant atmosphere. We loved our stay and we will come back on our next trip.
