Ulasan Heart Hotel (Hefei Luogang Park)

The hotel was very clean and nice. The front desk was appreciable. The breakfast was Chinese and very good. The room had every thing we needed : the toileteries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, hair dryer, shower cap). We enjoyed having the water bottles and teabags. The bed was huge and comfortable. Subway is less than 15 minutes walk. We really enjoyed our stay in Heart Hotel.

From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were welcoming and incredibly efficient, making the check-in process both speedy and effortless. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping team obviously takes great care in ensuring that every detail is attended to, from the fresh linens to the spotless bathroom. The hotel's location is another great advantage. Being near the subway made it incredibly convenient to get around and explore the city with ease. Despite its prime location, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. Breakfast was a highlight of the morning, with a delicious variety that really set me up for the day. The quality and selection of food were outstanding, and it was a treat to start each day with such a satisfying meal. One area for improvement would be the noise cancellation in the rooms. Being close to the subway, I did notice some ambient noise that occasionally disturbed my sleep. However, this was a minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay. In summary, this hotel excels in many areas: exceptional reception, efficient check-in, clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable pricing, and delicious breakfast. With a bit of improvement in noise cancellation, it would be truly perfect. Nice location and good facilities

Good value for the money and the front desk. Staff was easy fast and nice.

During my stay, the hotel showcased decent qualities, with the receptionist being accommodating. However, a suggestion for improvement would be to include more vegetables and fruits in the menu. Also, enforcing a strict no-smoking policy in the elevatoris essential for the well-being of non-smoking guests.

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The transportation is convenient and it is close to the high-speed rail station.

The downside is that it is far from the station. But the staff are friendly. I can speak Chinese... but they are very proactive in explaining things using a translator. You can simply drink welcome tea on your own on the first floor. The room is spacious for the price. It is connected to a small store on the first floor. I am satisfied compared to its price.

1. I called the front desk several times to ask for water but was hung up or no one answered. 2. The price is quite high and the room is really small. 3. I wanted a quiet room, but it was raining outside. All the rain from the water pipes dripped on the air conditioner shell. The thumping sound was really loud. The air conditioner was placed in the wrong position.
