"Hefei's first five-star hotel, I just had to check it out, haha! Highlights: Excellent downtown location! The subway entrance is right downstairs, making getting around super convenient! Stayed on the 25th floor, enjoying a romantic 'cloud-top' experience with a dazzling night view! And wow, the 29th-floor revolving restaurant offers a 360-degree panoramic view of Hefei's cityscapes! The female manager in the suit was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, making me feel so welcome! I discreetly found out her last name is Qin, hehe. Booked through Trip.com, and the value for money was absolutely amazing!!! So happy, yay!"

We woke up late and thought we'd missed breakfast, but the hotel staff specially arranged for us to dine at the executive lounge upstairs. The welcome fruit was also a nice touch. When it rained in Hefei, the hotel provided umbrellas for us to use temporarily. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming!"

"Saya memilih hotel ini ketika saya datang ke Hefei untuk konser dan menginap selama dua malam. Lokasi cukup nyaman. 20 menit berkendara dari Stasiun Hefei Selatan. Ada toko teh susu Haidilao di lantai bawah dan plaza komersial tidak jauh jauh. Hotelnya sempurna saat pertama kali kami tiba, tetapi laci perlengkapan mandinya basah... Saat saya mencari perlengkapan menjahit, ternyata itu sama dengan yang pernah digunakan orang sebelumnya dan belum diganti... Disana hanya setengah gulungan tisu toilet. Ketika saya meminta bibi kamar tamu untuk mengantarkannya keesokan paginya, dia mengira saya segera membersihkannya, tetapi itu merepotkan dan saya menolak. Bibi juga mengatakan bahwa ada pesta pernikahan di dalam sore dan tidak ada waktu untuk bersih-bersih.. Sepertinya itu kesalahan kami.. Sudah jam 11.30 setelah konser di malam kedua dan saya sampai di hotel. Ketika saya sampai di pintu, kamar kartu dibuka. Tidak, saya menggunakan telepon tangga untuk menelepon meja depan tetapi tidak ada yang menjawab. Lalu saya turun untuk memindai kartu kamar. Setelah menginap selama dua malam, kartu kamar memberi saya izin untuk satu malam. Saya sangat marah. Saya berharap pihak hotel tetap memperkuat pelatihan staf."

"The carpet in the room was a bit dirty, and there was dust under the bed. The entire building feels a bit old. The complimentary 'happy hour' light meal actually only had four dishes, self-service style, which I don't recommend – I took one look and left. There were no welcome fruits or anything, even though it was an executive room. The breakfast looked like it had a lot of variety, but it was just so-so. The worst part of the experience was the swimming pool. It's tiny, and half of it was sectioned off for kids' training. My child went swimming for less than 30 minutes and told me there were a lot of stringy, white flocs at the bottom of the pool. We quickly went back to the room to disinfect clothes with Dettol and thoroughly washed our bodies multiple times. We decided to come here last minute, so we booked this place nearby. After staying two nights, we immediately switched to the InterContinental. I really do not recommend this place."
