The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were all friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast spread was extensive and tasted delicious. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back for another stay!"

"I arrived at the hotel on Saturday at 3:15 PM. I had booked the room through Trip.com over two months in advance. As an IHG member, I also used an upgrade voucher. However, upon arrival, I was only given a standard room on a higher floor (as per the front desk). I saw the same room priced at only 251 three days prior... I booked so early for 368... and no breakfast... unbelievable. Back to check-in: at 3:15 PM, I was told the room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait an hour. I was utterly exhausted from not sleeping the night before. After some discussion, the front desk arranged a temporary room for me to rest in, promising to send the room card once my actual room was ready (that extra half-star is for this temporary room). I crashed as soon as I entered. An hour later, the phone rang... my head was splitting. The croissants at the hotel breakfast were rock-hard; I couldn't even bite into them. Everything else was fine, and 60 per person is acceptable. All in all, for 368 (room) + 60*2 (breakfast for two) = 488 total, staying at a Crowne Plaza for that price with breakfast included, what more could you ask for? PS: The stains on the floor and the water in the shower room really made me jump. Oh, and the king rooms have a bathtub with a transparent glass wall, while the twin rooms only have a shower."

"I stayed at this hotel during my trip here, and it was a great experience! The room was clean and tidy, the bed was super comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the service was warm and helpful, answering all my questions. The location is very convenient, close to the subway station, and there are many dining options nearby. The pool was also fantastic, with a special shallow area for kids, which they absolutely loved. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!"

"I am utterly disgusted with the experience. It's hard to believe a hotel in a provincial capital city would treat a female guest so poorly. I arrived around 2 PM and was assigned room 101, the very first room on the ground floor. When I opened the window, it faced directly onto an area with constant foot traffic from delivery drivers. I immediately requested a room change. I was told other rooms weren't cleaned yet and that I'd have to wait over half an hour. Since I had plans, I agreed to change rooms later that night. However, upon my return at 9 PM, the front desk claimed housekeeping had already left for the day, and they couldn't process a room change because no one would be available to clean my current room if I moved. It was only after someone intervened on my behalf that I was finally given a room on the 15th floor. The front desk's behavior was absolutely outrageous and a true disgrace to Hefei. Hefei Atour urgently needs to improve its staff training. Only after taking the elevator did I realize that rooms were available from the 6th to the 18th floor. How could they possibly claim there were no available rooms that afternoon? Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was terrible; even with earplugs, I could clearly hear every sound from the hallway. If my assigned room type is exclusively for the ground floor, this should be clearly stated upon check-in. I would have gladly paid extra for a better room, rather than being subjected to such deliberate delays and frustration."
