Plus, they even provided complimentary eye masks and earplugs in the room, which was a nice touch."

"For our short trip to Hefei with the kids, I decisively booked the Holiday Inn Express Hefei Downtown, and the overall family stay experience was incredibly worry-free and comfortable. The details really cater to families traveling with children. The location, cleanliness, service, and family-friendly amenities are all top-notch, highly recommended for families with kids. The hotel's location is truly perfect for family outings. It's situated in the heart of Luyang District in the city center, right next to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, so you can walk to explore, eat, and play. It's also very close to Xiaoyaojin Park, Mingjiao Temple, and the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. This means less travel time and fatigue when visiting attractions with kids. It's near a subway station, making taxis and public transport very convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it super easy to buy snacks, daily necessities for the kids, and sort out meals. The pace of travel perfectly adapts to traveling with children. The service was also excellent, especially Sunny, who was very friendly. All in all, it was a great stay."

The executive lounge offers afternoon tea and a buffet dinner. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming; a staff member even personally delivered my takeout order to my room. I felt right at home and it's definitely worth staying here again."

"Convenient location, although a tad far from the metro station (10-15 minutes walk). The room was extremely spacious, with a good view from the 20th floor. There is a new mall across the street, which makes living there pretty convenient. The check-in process was extremely fast and smooth (no need to take a picture of your face and son on). The gym is fine, although it seems the AC is not working very well there (I ran 20 min and my tee was soaked). I also used the swimming pool, which was good too. The only drawback was the AC in the room, which was old and didn't seem to be working very well."
