The executive lounge offers afternoon tea and a buffet dinner. The hotel staff are incredibly welcoming; a staff member even personally delivered my takeout order to my room. I felt right at home and it's definitely worth staying here again."

The details really cater to families traveling with children. The location, cleanliness, service, and family-friendly amenities are all top-notch, highly recommended for families with kids. The hotel's location is truly perfect for family outings. It's situated in the heart of Luyang District in the city center, right next to Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street, so you can walk to explore, eat, and play. It's also very close to Xiaoyaojin Park, Mingjiao Temple, and the Former Residence of Li Hongzhang. This means less travel time and fatigue when visiting attractions with kids. It's near a subway station, making taxis and public transport very convenient. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it super easy to buy snacks, daily necessities for the kids, and sort out meals. The pace of travel perfectly adapts to traveling with children. The service was also excellent, especially Sunny, who was very friendly. All in all, it was a great stay."

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The environment is clean and tidy, with a stylish and modern European decor. There's a concierge right when you enter, and the lobby bar is also eye-catching. The ladies at the front desk were all impeccably dressed, beautiful, and enthusiastic. Naomi provided attentive and thoughtful service, even proactively recommending a great room location. The hotel overall is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and there's a small Bluetooth speaker by the bed for a great music and entertainment experience. The bathroom is large with a good wet/dry separation, and there's plenty of hot water. The location is convenient, and the food delivery by robot is fantastic – a dream for introverts like me! And, what's more, I was incredibly lucky to actually meet the legendary Nick Wilde! That really made the trip amazing! So happy! Looking forward to coming back again! P.S. Selina, our butler, proactively reached out the day before to coordinate, and her service was incredibly thoughtful. Upon check-in, ladies even received a pink Diana rose, which was such a lovely touch! The executive lounge and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. The hotel's location next to MixC shopping mall and the museum made getting around, shopping, and visiting exhibitions super convenient. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hefei!"
