KAIKA Tokyo is in a quiet neighbourhood in Sumida, 10-15 minutes on foot from the transport hub that is Asakusa station. The staff are very helpful and look to accommodate guests' needs whenever asked. Breakfast is limited to bagels (3 kinds), but it is enjoyable in a lovely interior doubling as an art depo/display space. Rooms are cozy and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a shared lounge in the basement, with purified water which can be taken to rooms in provided glass jugs to prevent plastic waste. All in all, my family had a good stay in KAIKA : )

It's a very good hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is good. There is a cafe and a gallery of art to see. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very good. Travel from Asakusa Station, Exit 2ab, turn right, cross the bridge over the Sumida River, only 550 meters, you will see Tokyo Skytree clearly. The atmosphere on the way to the hotel is beautiful, quiet, and not crowded.

An art hotel in a quiet place in the bustling Asakusa, Tokyo. The rooms and beds are large. The service is just right. It is comfortable and quiet without disturbing each other.

Hotel in a very quiet area. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent services. Friendly and very helpful staff. At the reception and on the various floors you can admire works of art/paintings that give an interesting touch to the structure. I would return without hesitation.

The room is large and comfortable with no odor. Five suitcases (29+25+24+20+20) can be spread out. It is clean and hygienic, fully equipped, and the cleaning is done well. However, there is no water in the room, so you have to go downstairs to pack it yourself. The service staff are very good The location is a bit far from the station. Without a suitcase, it takes about 12 minutes to walk, so you can go to see the Tokyo Skytree when you go home at night; with a suitcase, it takes about 20 minutes, so I left the hotel at 7:30 in the morning. I asked the hotel staff to call a taxi for us, which was great. The fare was actually cheaper than Uber. Overall, I am willing to recommend staying here

600-700 meters from the subway station, you need to cross a bridge. The most convenient convenience store is FamilyMart outside the subway station. The ones around the hotel are a bit detours. Facilities: Good, the room is large, but the electric kettle trips when you use it. I don't know if it's a problem with the kettle or the circuit. It didn't work after two repairs. Hygiene: Clean, no bottled water, not a big problem. Relatively quiet, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one is relatively quiet. Breakfast is average, one time is enough.

It's a very unnecessary rule. Not everyone wants to drink. Because my family doesn't want to drink, I also ordered a drink and dessert... My family is not allowed to sit down. In fact, what if it's an issue with the amount? I had no problem ordering both desserts. It makes me really don’t want to communicate anymore. At 19:14 in the evening, the seats are very empty and not full. First time here to get such service It's a pity that I can't have any good memories in Japan

Overall, TSH is very easy to live in, very clean and refreshing. The scenery nearby is beautiful, and it's near Sensoji Temple. However, it is quite a distance from the railway, so you have to walk a distance, so be careful. There is a convenience store two minutes downstairs at night.
