Ulasan The Smith House

- Lift cuma ada satu dan terlalu jauh dari bilik, walaupun saya telah meninggalkan mesej awalan masa booking.supaya dapatkan bilik yang berdekatan pada lift. Saya faham, mesej itu cuma permintaan tidak semestinya ditunaikan. tapi bukankah masih ada masa selama lebih kuramg dua minggu? atau pun sebab menjaga pelancong dari luar negara maka anak tempatan ditirikan? sebab ini bukan kali pertama saya duduk di hotel ini atas urusan tugasan. begitu juga rakan-rakan sepejabat saya yang lain yang selalu menginap di hotel ini.

1-Parking banyak 2-Ada kedai di tingkat bawah (cth dobi, klinik, 7E, kfc, pizza hut) 3-sarapan pagi yang perbagai

The hotel really nice and highly recommended. About ten minutes drive from airport. Plenty of free parking and convenience stores within walking distance. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Will revisit the hotel in next trip to Langkawi.

My favourite hotel stay during business trip to LGK. Room: nice, clean and big.

Overall the hotel is good. Room, bathroom and beds are very good. The check out time should be 3 pm. I don't like the check out time and they ask you extra money if you delay in your room check out.

I stayed here for three nights. The breakfast is really excellent with a nice variety of different foods. The pool is excellent.  Despite the hotel being close to the airport, you wouldn’t notice the noise of the planes at all

Food is excellent, place is clean. Very closed by the airport and 24hour self service laundry around.

We had to leave our luggage at the hotel before check-in time because we wanted to travel to several places. When returning to retrieve the luggage, the receptionist said they had sent our luggage to the room. They also help open the door for guests when they want to leave and enter the hotel. They provide very good service here. Their room also very comfortable and clean. A variety of breakfast options are served here, and the foods are also delicious! Love it ❤️ We will return to stay at this hotel when visiting Langkawi Island again 🥂

It was a very nice hotel in a good location. The room we was worm, we had to turn the air conditioning on during nights, but it the air blew right at us. Otherwise, it was a very nice, clean hotel, with amazing breakfast. Also, the pool has a great view, don't miss it.

Everything about my stay was perfect. The food, staff and location was ideal. They helped with booking tours and everything

The hotel looks like new to me. The staff is friendly. Atmosphere was great that time. Definitely will come back. Keep it up.

As regular patrons of the property, we are glad that the property is still adequately maintained and rooms are clean .
