I recently stayed at Victor's Residenz-Hotel in Unterschleissheim and, overall, I was quite disappointed. The rooms are very old and clearly in need of renovation. For a hotel rated 4 stars, the lack of a gym is a significant drawback, especially for business travelers or anyone looking to stay active during their trip. Breakfast was mediocre with limited options, though it was acceptable. Unfortunately, housekeeping missed my room entirely, which was quite frustrating. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate guests. However, the overall experience did not match the high price point of the hotel. Given the outdated facilities and other issues, I expected more for the cost. While the staff's friendliness was a plus, there is much room for improvement in terms of the rooms and amenities. I hope they consider renovations and better service management in the future.

Nice people, the entrance looks good and that's where it stops. Rooms are dated, and not just dated but I'd say ready to be redone at least 5 years ago. In the bathroom, all white plastic stuff is yellow, the bath is small (but who cares) and the tiles around it are showing body fat + soap mixture colors. When I woke up (room 336) my legs were itchy, something very small obviously bit me, perhaps bed bugs IDK. Then, if you book for 1 person, you'll get a small 1 person duvet, which doesn't make sense on a 2 person's bed, the pillow is a sheet with a 3cm filling in it which only works if you sleep on your back, sideways you'll wake up with pain in your neck. Did I mention the neighbors, you can hear them clearly because there is a door to the adjoining room which doesn't stop any sound from fellow hotel visitors who go to the toilet, bath, or make any type of sound. There's also some strange logic behind refreshing the towels, you'll have to go downstairs and get them yourself, I never had such a thing in all my life. As stated, the people are nice, so I didn't want to bother them with this bad experience as they can't do anything about it. I'd say, management, close the hotel for 2 months, get some Polish workers in there and redo everything so it matches the experience you have on the ground floor.

Non si merita assolutamente le 4 stelle, apparentemente sembra un buon hotel ma vecchio e servizio di scarsa qualità, ho richiesto la pulizia giornaliera e al terzo giorno della mia permanenza la stanza è rimasta così come era dal primo giorno. Fatta la segnalazione mi è stato offerta una consumazione al bar gratuità di pochi euro.

Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer hatte einen starken Eigengeruch. Der Schwarze Teppich im Zimmer hat schon bessere Tage erlebt; das Frühstück war o.k.. Unter dem Namen hatte ich tatsächlich höhere Erwartungen an das Hotel gestellt.

Ich war zu einer Geschäftsreise in Unterschleißheim und habe im Victor's übernachtet. Es war alles super - tolles Frühtück, sehr nette Bar und sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter ... jederzeit wieder.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit. Der positive Eindruck begann schon bei unserem Erscheinen an der Rezeption. Wir wurden freundlich angesprochen und zuvorkommend bedient. Das Zimmer war sehr nett, die Lobby sorgte für eine angenehnme Atmosphäre und das Frühstück war schmackhaft, abwechslungsreich und üppig. Das Personal war immer sehr höflich und man fühlte sich gut aufgehoben und sehr wohl! Wir können Ihr Hotel guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Gerne werden wir wieder bei Ihnen als Gäste aufschlagen.

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter/innen sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer OK und die Matratzen auch. Leider macht der Lüfter heftige Geräusche --unwuchtig-- ! Wenn jemand im Bad ist - sind alle Mitbewohner wach. Geht garnicht. 3 Tage kein Zimmerservice,kein Handtuchwechsel für ein 4* Hotel unmöglich. FeWo oder Jugendherberge Feeling

Anständig- Sehr nette Rezeption und allgemein das Personal Frühstücksbüffett auch gut, inkl sogar 2 Kaffeemaschinen! Tolles Zimmer- sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Bad ok, sauber aber bissl veraltet. Kostenloses Parken draussen.
