Ulasan Copthorne Hotel Auckland City

Not a bad location, quite easy to reach Sky Tower on foot in about 15-20 mins. There’s a good Chinese vegan restaurant and a Thai restaurant just down the road. The hotel has quite good noise isolation, I could hear neighbors not the street traffic. The bed was comfortable but very weird bed sheets - after waking up I find myself wrapped inside inner blanket and I found some long hair on it meaning it happens with others. The room seemed like it needs refreshment - especially bathroom looked old. The staff were nice and friendly.

Room is clean. Location is good, near Auckland university. Just facilities are old.all over ok.

Was good nice and quiet and great location Only down fall was ours and our freinds freezer froze drinks even on low.

Has a good location with an easy walk to queen street and water front. How ever $30 per night for parking seems a bit pricey and also very little parking room no good for big vehicles.

Free open air parking, older hotel, middle of Auckland city, medium sized rooms. Get extra towels from reception, even though we booked a triple room of 2 double beds. Only 1 pillow each

Good location for city walker. Will book again! Very close to Auckland university, good value for a four star hotel in Auckland CBD. Highly recommended.

Went to a concert at Spark Arena so it was super convenient. Practically a 10 minute walk. So close to town and transport. Ladies at check In were really nice and helpful. Rooms have a small balcony which was nice to open the doors and watch the city. Only had one chair though so it would be great if there were two chairs. Overall had a great stay and if going to a concert again will definitely choose this hotel.

Central location, great accessibility in Auckland CBD area. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, but cleanliness could improve. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Everything was great. Only complaint would be the WiFi connection in my room.

Everything was good, parking was quite limited. Room was abit small for 3 people but overall it was okay. We don't mind much. Friendly staff!

I don't like this hotel. I can hear the noise from other floor.

It's a good stay, but the cleaner knocked out the door around 8:30am and said they wanted to clean the room, but the check out time was 10am (we requested a late check out at 11am when we checked in). It's very annoying. The ventilation system in the bathroom seemed not functional.

Hidden extra costs very limited parking and it costs $30 per space if you are lucky to get 1, otherwise you have to park down the road (even more expensive parking) and walk to the accomodation. No extra blankets or pillows. Other Copthorne hotels I’ve stayed in are of a much higher standard. Thought it would be the same here but not really.
