Hotel bagus dan bersih yang cocok untuk keluarga. Sekitar 10 menit berjalan kaki ke stasiun Shinjuku dan dekat dengan tempat makan dan 7-11.

A little far from train station but the room is spacious and it’s more like a service apartment than a hotel. Sufficient for a family of four.

Good hotel with all the basic. As described on site…. Wish they have a more flexible policy on changes of dates without having to cancel and rebook…

The room is spacious and clean. Location is walkable from Shinjuku station, around 900m and will take you around 10 mins. The place is surrounded by convenient stores.

Family room was a good size for 2 adults and 1 child. Kitchen had enough utensils to prepare a basic meal / breakfast which is what we needed it for. Location was a bit of a walk from the station but lots of food options nearby. Walking distance to most Shinjuku sights and check in /check out was very smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful if you needed to know anything.

Nice hotel and the hotel room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel front desk is very helpful. The most good things is they are able to check in early if there is a available room. Although there is a early check in charges for 5000 yen but still worth it. There is a Lawson just 30 second walking distance to the hotel. Strongly recommend to the travellers who is bringing kids or old ppl to stay this hotel.

Actually quite far from mrt. Room have insects and laundry place not clean enough. Overall still ok.

미마루 신주쿠 웨스트 넘넘 좋았어요~ 호텔이 넓고 깨끗하였고 어메니티도 다양하게 갖추고 있어서 편리했어요. 교통도 좋고 근처에 갈 곳도 많아서 좋았어요. 가족여행 호텔로 추천합니다!
